The motor causes vibration and transmits the vibration to the muscle through the device and the adhesive strip, causing the user to concentrate on the muscle. The user detaches the device from one muscle or muscle group, and attaches to a different muscle or muscle group. The vibration caused by the motor helps the user to concentrate on the muscle during exercise, assisting with mind-muscle connection, which helps to improve muscle contraction.
