A grip element having an elongate grip body with a first end region and a second end region. The grip body has a first surface near the second end region, with a curved subregion for supporting a subregion of the ball of the human hand, and an outwardly curved second surface supporting a subregion of the palm, and an inwardly curved third surface adjacent to the first surface and supporting the extended thumb, and an outwardly curved fourth surface lying substantially opposite the third surface and supporting the middle finger, adjacent to which fourth surface an outwardly curved fifth surface is provided for supporting the ring finger. The grip body has a sixth surface to support the index finger. The sixth surface, starting from a subregion of the second surface spaced apart from the second end region of the grip body, extends in the direction to the first end region and runs longitudinally along the grip body.

WEARABLE DEVICE TO TREAT TREMOR
20220054349 · 2022-02-24 ·

Devices, systems, and methods are provided to treat tremor in an outer extremity, typically a hand, of a subject. A wearable base or glove is provided with one or more tremor damping mechanisms, which can be of different or the same types, in the case of a plurality of tremor damping mechanisms. One or more frictional damping mechanisms can be provided and/or one or more tuned mass damping mechanisms can be provided. The frictional dampening mechanism can simply be the viscoelastic material of the wearable base that deforms and interferes with tremor movement. The frictional dampening mechanism can be one or more tension elements provided within the body of the wearable base. The tuned damping mechanism may comprise one or more resonators held within a housing coupled to the wearable base. The tremor damping mechanisms can be self-adjusting and/or adjustable by the wearer.

FASCIA TISSUE FITNESS DEVICES

A fascia tissue fitness device may include a bar member, at least one flower member connected to the bar member along a plane, where the flower member(s) include multiple finger members that are rigid and extend outward from the bar member. Means for dispensing a lubricant from the bar member

Apparatus and method for treating a patient using vibration stimuli, tactile stimuli and/or thermal stimuli

A device and method are provided for treating a patient with vibration and/or tactile and/or thermal stimuli. The device includes first and second stimulating units for generating first and second stimuli respectively. The stimuli are vibration and/or tactile and/or thermal stimuli, and each of the stimuli is repeated on average at a frequency of 1 to 60 Hz. The stimuli are generated partly at different times.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REDUCING CHRONIC AND ACUTE STRESS
20170296429 · 2017-10-19 ·

A method for providing a therapeutic benefit to a patient includes positioning a first tactile stimulator in therapeutic contact with a body of a patient and positioning a second tactile stimulator in therapeutic contact with the body of the patient in a bilateral position to the first tactile stimulator. A controller (mobile device) activates the first tactile stimulator to provide a first stimulation for a first time period and activating the second tactile stimulator to apply a second stimulation for a second time period beginning at least commensurate with a cessation of the first time period. This process is repeated for a therapeutically effective number of repetitions so that the first and second stimulations are applied bilaterally to the body of the patient without a patient perceivable pause in stimulation between the first stimulation and second stimulation to provide the therapeutic benefit to the patient

Detachable and interchangeable hand-and-foot massager for separate use

A detachable and interchangeable hand-and-foot massager for separate use includes a main body and a massager, the massager includes a hand massager and a foot massager. The hand massager or the foot massager is detachably mounted on the main body. The main body includes an upper cover of the main body, a base of the main body, an inflation and deflation device, and a massage device for hands and foot. The upper cover of the main body is buckled on the base of the main body, and the upper cover of the main body is provided with an embedded slot. The hand massager or the foot massager includes a massager upper cover, a massager bottom cover and an airbag assembly. The massager bottom cover is provided with a block, and the connector is fixedly mounted in the block. The main body and the massager can freely disassembled and combined.

Electronic massaging orthotic compression glove

An electronic vibrating compression glove which simultaneously provides compression and vibration therapy to arthritic hands.

Unstructured and structured limb manipulation apparatuses and methods for using the same

Various embodiments provide assemblies for manipulating a user's limb with at least one inflatable member. The assemblies comprise a first pliable planar member and a second pliable planar member overlaid atop at least a portion of the first pliable planar member, such that a two ply configuration is provided. The two ply configuration itself comprises at least a distal and a proximal portion and at least one opening configured to accept at least a portion of the user's limb. The first and second pliable planar members combine to define at least one inflatable member, the inflatable member being at least a portion of at least one of the distal and proximal portions, the inflatable member being configured to be selectively inflatable so as to provide at least one inflation force upon the user's limb, such that the joint in the user's limb is manipulated. Associated methods are also provided.
