Preparation method of safety gloves with special coating
The present invention relates to safety gloves with special rubber coating. Specifically, a kind of safety gloves with rubber coating which is specially designed and coated on fabric substrates to achieve proper hand protection effects, and exhibits properties such as good ventilation, abrasion resistance, and soft and comfortable wearing experience. A preparation method of safety gloves with special coating, comprising following steps: (1) treating a substrate with composite electrolyte digestion solution by a certain method; (2) spreading polymeric disperse coating over the substrate containing composite electrolyte digestion solution obtained in step (1), heating when the polymeric disperse coating is attached and obtaining a half-product with polymeric disperse coating; (3) treating the half-product with polymeric disperse coating in pre-foamed water chemical compound or non-foamed water chemical compound, by treating immersing or spraying or immersing and spraying is defined; and (4) dipping the product treated in step (3) in aromatic hydrocarbon solution.

Toothed belt
A cord of a toothed belt is made of a twisted yarn including a band-like material. The band-like material includes a filament bundle of high-strength glass fibers integrated together through a binder. The binder contains a rubber component, at least either a maleimide-based compound or a polyisocyanate compound, and a powdery inorganic filler. A surface of a reinforcing fabric facing opposite to the toothed belt body is coated with a surface-coating rubber layer made of a rubber composition containing a rubber component including hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber as a main part.
METHOD FOR MAKING A GARMENT MATERIAL
A method of making a garment material and garment material and garments obtainable by the method.
The method comprises providing a first layer, which is a shaped polymer and applying a liner to the first layer, the liner being formed of yarn and having interstices through it. A fluid polymeric material is then applied to the liner so that it permeates the interstices and is allowed to solidify to thereby form a second layer in which the liner is embedded in the solid polymeric material. Fibres are then applied to form a textile layer, which serves as a skin-contacting layer.
The garment material comprises a first layer (70, 76, 78), which is a shaped polymer; a second layer (80), which is a shaped polymer that is provided at one or more locations on the first layer, the second layer taking the shape of the first layer at said one or more locations; and a textile layer (82). The second layer is located between the first layer and the textile layer and a liner (22) is embedded in the second layer, the liner being formed of yarn and having interstices through it.
ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an artificial leather and a method for producing the same. The artificial leather includes a substrate, a thermoplastic ethylene-propylene polymer elastic layer, and a surface layer. The substrate is formed from fibers having a first thermoplastic ethylene-propylene polymer. The surface layer is formed from a second thermoplastic ethylene-propylene polymer. The first thermoplastic ethylene-propylene polymer and the second thermoplastic ethylene-propylene polymer provide the substrate with a specific melting point and the surface layer with a specific melting point, respectively. By the substrate with the specific melting point and the surface layer with the specific melting point, the artificial leather has an excellent post-processability. Therefore, the artificial leather can have the substrate and the surface layer which have the same material, thereby having an excellent recyclability.
GRAPHENE MATERIAL COATING AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, AIR FILTRATION DEVICE AND SYSTEM
A graphene material coating and a preparation method thereof pertain to the technical field of air filtration, and relates to an air filtration device and system based on the graphene material coating. The preparation method of the graphene material coating includes the following steps: S1), preparing a slurry dispersion stock solution: adding a dispersant and a binder to a solvent, and stirring to form the slurry dispersion stock solution; and S2), forming a graphene surface coating: adding a graphene powder to the slurry dispersion stock solution, and after being homogenized by stirring, coating a homogenate on a surface of a carrier, and drying to obtain a finished product of the graphene material coating. This technique can increase the adsorption rate of harmful substances in the gases and avoid secondary pollution caused by unstable adsorption.
Sheet material and manufacturing method thereof
A sheet material has good mechanical properties, flexibility, lightweight properties, and quality, and also relates to a production method therefor. The sheet material includes, as constitutional components, an elastic polymer and nonwoven fabric composed mainly of ultrafine hollow fiber with an average monofilament diameter in the range of 0.05 to 10 μm, the ultrafine hollow fiber containing 2 to 60 hollows.
