REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL WITH IMPROVED MECHANICAL AND THERMAL PROPERTIES AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a reinforced composite material, comprising an organic polymer, a silicon polymer, and an interphase between said organic polymer and said silicon polymer, wherein said interphase comprises chemical bonds between the organic polymer and the silicon polymer, and to a method to obtain said reinforced composite material. The present disclosure can be used to improve the mechanical properties of silica aerogels by functionalization of textile materials.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL HIGH-STRENGTH COMPOSITE FABRIC COATING AGENT, COATING, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME, AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A multifunctional high-strength composite fabric coating agent, a coating, a method for preparing the same and an application thereof are provided. The fabric coating agent includes a resin, a reinforcing agent with a reactive group, a bifunctional dispersing agent, a leveling agent, a film forming agent, a softening agent, an antibacterial agent, a solvent, and the like. The reinforcing agent is modified such that it has active functional groups of OH and NH.sub.3. The fabric coating agent is not only easy to apply, fast to react and stabilize, but also suitable for a fabric surface of any material. A treated fabric has high tensile-breaking strength, excellent tearing and bursting performance, good waterproof-and-moisture-permeability and antibacterial performance, and high adhesion. It can be repeatedly knife coated, roll coated, calendared, or dipped. The method is not only mature in technology and low in production cost, but also suitable for large-scale application.
ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to artificial leather and a method of manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to artificial leather for automobile seat covers, the artificial leather having a texture similar to that of natural leather, having a soft feel like natural leather, and having excellent peel strength and a method of manufacturing the artificial leather.
Carpet with a Woven Microrelief and Method
The present invention relates to a carpet with woven surface relief, comprising at least a series of tension warps (1), a series of binding warps (2), said warps (1, 2) being interwoven with a series of weft yarns (3), the ratio of the length of said binding warps (2) relative to the length of said tension warps (1) being greater than 1.20, preferably greater than 1.50.
SOFT ARTIFICIAL LEATHER FOR INTERIOR MATERIALS OF AUTOMOBILES AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Disclosed are an artificial leather used as an interior material for automobiles and a method for manufacturing the same, in one aspect a polymer plasticizer, a PVC resin and a foaming agent. The soft artificial leather for interior materials of automobiles includes a skin layer including a PVC resin and a primary plasticizer, wherein the skin layer further includes higher than 0 and not higher than 15 phr of a polymer plasticizer. As a result, there are effects of reducing heating loss and suppressing migration of the plasticizer.
HYDROPHOBIZING AGENT HAVING A PERMANENT EFFECT
The invention relates to organopolysiloxanes comprising at least one structural unit with at least one C.sub.8-28 alkyl group and at least one urea group, a method for their preparation, a preparation comprising the organopolysiloxane, and the use as a hydrophobizing agent.
SYNTHETIC LEATHER
Provided is a synthetic leather including: a base fabric that has a limiting oxygen index of 25 or more, and that is a knitted body of a yarn including a flame-retardant fiber having a limiting oxygen index of 25 or more, a cellulose-based fiber, and a carbon fiber; an adhesion layer containing a flame retardant, the adhesion layer being provided at at least one side of the base fabric; and a skin layer provided at a side of the adhesion layer opposite from a side at which the base fabric is provided.
Airlaid composite sheet material and method
Provided is a composite sheet that is particularly useful as an AQDL component in absorbent articles. The composite sheet includes a fluid acquisition component and an airlaid component. The airlaid component may include one or more airlaid layers that are successively formed overlying each other. Each of the airlaid layers are adjacent to, and in direct contact with, immediately adjacent layers of the airlaid component so that adjacent layers are in fluid communication with respect to each other. The fluid acquisition component includes a nonwoven fabric comprising a carded nonwoven fabric comprised of a plurality of staple fibers that are air through bonded to each other to form a coherent nonwoven fabric. The airlaid layer(s) include a blend of cellulose and non-cellulose staple fibers. The staple fibers may be bicomponent fibers having a polyethyelene sheath and a polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate core, and mixtures of such fibers.
Silk protein bonded layered materials and methods of making and using thereof
Silk processed, coated, repaired, and/or infused faux or bonded leather, or faux or bonded leather articles, and methods of preparing the same are disclosed herein.
DURABLE NATURAL FABRIC PRODUCTS
A natural fabric or textile product is coated and protected with a waterproofing composition comprising a crosslinking polyvinyl acetate (XPVAc or x-PVAc) emulsion polymer or adhesive applied and cured as a first coating layer or a primer and a coating layer of acrylic, alkyd, asphalt, emulsion polymer isocyanate, epoxy, lacquer, latex, polyurethane, urethane, or vinyl ester coated over the cured crosslinking polyvinyl acetate as a second coating layer or a topcoat. The natural fabric product is fabricated by weaving, knitting or felting the fibers, yarns or threads of vegetable or plant fibers from cotton, sisal, kenaf, hemp, jute, flax, reed, sugarcane, ramie, henequen, raffia, nettle, milkweeds, palm, coir, grass, Spanish moss, New Zealand flax, kapok, sugarcane, bamboo, or wood, or those of the protein fibers from wool, silk, spider threads, sea silk, or the combination thereof.
