In one or more embodiments, the block positioning means may comprise a plurality of tracks disposed in the support board. A first one of the tracks is configured to establish a first predetermined displacement path for a first one of the adjustment blocks, and a second one of the tracks is configured to establish a second predetermined displacement path for a second one of the adjustment blocks.

A load-reducing massage backpack comprising the pack body and the back belt.
