MULTI-SECTION APPARATUS FOR DYEING, IN AN INERT ENVIRONMENT, OF FABRICS AND YARNS, WITH INDIGO AND OTHER REDUCTION DYES
A description is provided of an apparatus for dyeing a textile support comprising a single tank which is provided in its interior, in sequence, with: one first shaped cavity having a watertight function between the surrounding environment and the tank; one first internal partition wall, which is immersed in the lower part in the dye bath of the first shaped cavity for helping the watertight function; one first dyeing compartment and at least one second dyeing compartment which each comprise at least one return roller for the textile support, at least one dispensing device to dispense the dye bath on the textile support, and at least one squeezing device; a second shaped cavity containing the dye bath having a watertight function between the tank and the surrounding environment; and a second internal partition wall, which is immersed in the lower part in the dye bath of the second shaped cavity for helping the watertight
Method for the treatment of a textile substrate, and devices for carrying out said method
A method for the treatment of a textile substrate is described, in which the substrate is arranged in a treatment device and treated with an aqueous treatment bath. Here the moisture of the textile substrate is adjusted to a predetermined moisture in the beginning of the treatment, whereby the treatment bath volume to be sprayed on the respective subject and per time unit is determined exactly, so that the textile subject provides the defined predetermined moisture at the end of the treatment. The therefore used devices enables the realization of the method for textile substrates designed as a fabric strand, a wide fabric web package and a fabric package.
Process for dyeing and foaming thermoplastic polyurethane
A process for the preparation of coloured and expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (coloured ETPU) material which comprises the following steps: a) providing thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material and at least one gaseous fluid wherein the melting temperature of the TPU material is above the supercritical temperature of the at least one gaseous fluid b) placing the TPU material in an autoclave together with a colorant and/or a fluorescent whitening agent (FWA), wherein the colorant is selected from at least one of a disperse dye, an acid dye and a pigment; c) increasing the pressure in the autoclave by introducing the at least one gaseous fluid at a temperature below the melting point of the TPU material and at least above the supercritical temperature of the at least one gaseous fluid at the applied pressure (saturation step); and d) allowing the non-expanded TPU material to saturate; and e) decreasing the pressure in the autoclave down to ambient pressure at a temperature between the melting temperature and the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the TPU material at such a rate that the TPU material expands (expansion step) to obtain coloured ETPU material f) removing the coloured ETPU material from the autoclave.
Whitening compositions for cellulosic-containing fabric
A whitening composition for fabric, in particular, unbleached cellulosic fiber-containing fabric is described. The composition includes a blue dye, a violet dye; and, optionally, a thickening agent; wherein the composition is free of bleaching agents and optical brighteners. A method of whitening a fabric using whitening compositions is also disclosed.
Coloring product, in particular for dyeing or refreshing dyes in textile materials with indigo dyes
A dye-releasing product for dyeing of or for refreshing of dyeing in textile materials is provided. The dye-releasing product includes a flat, cloth-like carrier material, and at least one coating applied onto the carrier material. At least one indigoid dye in its oxidized form is encompassed by the coating. The coating contains at least one binding agent for the at least one indigoid dye such that the at least one indigoid dye is released in an aqueous solution with a temperature equal to or greater than 20 C. that is, the coating is soluble, at least in part from the flat, cloth-like carrier material, which is added to the textile material to be dyed or whose dyeing is to be refreshed in a washing process.
Method to produce a dye for fabrics starting from textile waste material, method to dye fabrics
A method to produce a dye, which is suited to be applied on fabrics, starts from textile waste material. The method includes an initial step, during which textile waste material is provided, which includes textile fibers, which were previously dyed. In a pulverization step, the textile fibers are pulverized to obtain the dye.
TOBACCO-DERIVED COLORANTS AND COLORED SUBSTRATES
Methods for obtaining natural colorants from plant material (e.g., tobacco material) and for using such natural colorants to dye various substrates are provided. Natural colorants are obtained using particular enzymes and particular conditions (e.g., time, temperature, and pH profiles). Such colorants can be used to dye substrates, for example, using conventional dyeing techniques or using unique in situ methods.
Methods for manufacturing printed textiles
A method for manufacturing printed textiles includes the steps of: a) inkjet printing an image onto a textile substrate with one or more inkjet printing liquids containing thermally reactive composite resin particles in an aqueous medium; and b) fixing the inkjet printed image by applying directly and/or indirectly a heat treatment to the image; wherein the thermally reactive composite resin particles contain at least one thermal cross-linker and at least one polymeric resin containing functional groups suitable for reacting with the thermal cross-linker.
AQUEOUS INK JET COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RECORDING
An aqueous ink jet composition contains a dye composed of at least one of sublimation fluorescent dyes or at least one of disperse fluorescent dyes, polyester, and water. The amount of the polyester is 8 times or more and 300 times or less greater than the amount of the dye. Preferably, the amount of the polyester is 5% by mass or more and 35% by mass or less. Preferably, the amount of the dye is 0.05% by mass or more and 1% by mass or less.
