A process for preparing cloth for bookbinding with gloss or matte finish, in cotton or viscose, suitable for digital printing, includes: A) preparing an unfinished cloth for bookbinding by desizing, washing, treating with optical white, sizing and drying; B) pretreating the cloth by applying, on at least one of the two sides, at least one composition closing pores of the cloth to make the surface planar; C) on the side intended for printing, applying by coating a layer of a paste having a viscosity of at least 7500 cps, and drying this layer; the paste being the mixture of at least one aqueous composition containing a 35% (dry) acrylic resin and components that at temperatures of around 200° C. for less than one minute initiate the state of polymerization, and of at least one nonionic thickener; and D) calendering at ambient temperature the cloth obtained from step C).

A method of internal recirculation printing can include introducing an ink composition into a firing chamber, the ink composition comprising water, organic co-solvent, pigment, and from 2 wt % to 20 wt % of a dispersed polymer binder with an acid number from 0 mg KOH/g to 45 mg KOH/g, a weight average molecular weight of 40,000 Mw to 2,000,000 Mw, and a particle size from 40 nm to 2 μm. The method can further include internally recirculating ink composition from the firing chamber, through micro-recirculation fluidics, and back into the firing chamber to be again recirculated or ejected from the firing chamber, as well as ejecting ink composition from the firing chamber through a jetting nozzle onto a substrate.

Provided is a process for the production of a dyed fabric using enzyme aggregates. In particular, provided is a process that comprises a step of providing a woven fabric that comprises a base layer and an additional layer which is located on at least one side of the fabric, wherein the yarns of the additional layer comprise fibers that are at least partially dyed, and a step of contacting the woven fabric with enzyme aggregates such as cross-linked enzyme aggregates (CLEAs), to remove at least part of the dye from at least the yarns of said additional layer. The disclosure also provides a fabric obtained with the process and garments including the fabric.
