Heat Transfer Label
The present invention relates to heat transfers that include silicone based heat transfer inks and digitally printed toner images, particularly for use on fabrics, apparel items, garments and accessories. The present subject matter is especially suitable for use in heat-transferable labeling or creating embellishments on polyester fabrics and garments.
TRANSFER PAPER AND TRANSFER TEXTILE PRINTING METHOD
The problem of this invention is to provide a transfer paper with good close contact to fiber materials and good color density of patterns formed on the fiber materials, good peeling, and no significant difference in texture between patterned and non-patterned areas of the fiber materials.
The present invention provides a transfer paper having a base material with one or more non-aqueous resin laminate layer(s) on one side of a base paper, and one or more coating layer(s) on the laminate layer(s) of the base material, wherein an outermost coating layer, which is positioned outermost in the coating layer(s) with respect to the base material, contains a white pigment and a binder, the white pigment contains at least an amorphous silica, and the binder contains at least five types consisting of a water-soluble polyester resin, a carboxylic acid-modified polyvinyl alcohol resin, an acrylic resin, a hydroxypropyl starch and an alginate.
HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING
Described herein is process for heat transfer printing, the process comprising: liquid electrostatically printing a liquid electrostatic ink composition on a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane film to form a printed film; and contacting the printed film with a target substrate under conditions such that the printed film adheres to the target substrate. Also described herein is a process for printing a heat transferable printed image and a heat transferable printed image.
Transfer paper
A transfer paper for heat transferring of ink to a textile, the transfer paper includes a base paper and a coating, and has a grease proof characteristics at a kit level of at least 3, such as 3 to 8, and the transfer paper having a dimensional stability of less than 1% over a period of 10 seconds.
HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING
Described herein is a process for heat transfer printing, the process comprising: electrostatically printing a transparent release composition onto a transfer material to form a release layer disposed on the transfer material; electrostatically printing an electrostatic ink composition on the release layer to form an image layer disposed on the release layer; contacting a thermoplastic film with the image layer; contacting the thermoplastic film with a target substrate under conditions such that the thermoplastic film adheres to the target substrate and the release layer is softened; and separating the target substrate and the transfer material such that the thermoplastic film, image layer and release layer are transferred to the target substrate. A heat transferrable printed image is also
METHOD FOR DYEING AND REMOVING COLORED IMPURITIES
Disclosed herein is a method for dyeing and removing colored impurities, which includes providing a polyester fabric and an adsorption material, spraying a coloring material onto a surface of the polyester fabric to form a colored layer, subjecting the polyester fabric thus dyed to a heating treatment for the colored layer to adhere to the surface of the polyester fabric, attaching or applying the adsorption material onto the colored layer and subsequently heating and/or applying a pressure to the adsorption material so that the adsorption material is coated on the colored layer to adsorb colored impurities therefrom, and removing the adsorption material.
Transfer-printing ink and transfer-printing apparatus
A transfer-printing ink contains a pigment and a fixing resin. The mass ratio of the pigment to the fixing resin is 1:1 to 1:5, and the ink has a viscosity of 3 mPas to 10 mPas at 23 C. The ink is ejected onto a transfer paper base by an ink-jet recording device when transfer paper is prepared. The ink is then transferred from the transfer paper to cloth as a result of the transfer paper, with the cloth laid over it, being heated.
Method of edge imprinting of leather substrates
The present invention relates to a method for enhancing leather edge imprinting. More particularly, the present invention relates to transferring the print from the transparent paper to the edges of a material. Further, the present invention enables in tailoring the designs or written logos on the edge surface for desired applications. The method [100] for imprinting a pattern on edges of a leather substrate comprises of steps with pattern imprinted on the edge across the perimeter of the leather substrate. The pattern comprises one or more customized colors, text, names, company brands, slogans, patterns, images, graphics, photographs, logos, advertisements, or a combination thereof. Advantageously, the present invention effectively saves time and material wastage.
Paperless transfer printing method
A paperless transfer printing method includes the following steps: (a) printing, by a printing machine, aqueous ink onto a transfer printing temporary carrier in a set pattern, wherein a surface of the transfer printing temporary carrier is made of an elastic polymer material and a surface tension of the aqueous ink is less than the critical surface tension of the transfer printing temporary carrier; (b) drying the to-be-transferred pattern on the transfer printing temporary carrier; (c) wetting the transfer printing temporary carrier by using an aqueous surface tension increasing liquid; and (d) separating the aqueous solution or the aqueous dispersion liquid from the transfer printing temporary carrier at a tight-contact position between the transfer printing temporary carrier and the fabric, so that an aqueous ink dye is transferred onto the fiber of the fabric.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR ARTICLE BEARING TRANSFERRED PRINTED IMAGE AND RELATED ART
Provision of an article such as a garment made of a textile fiber product, which article bears a desired transferred printed image, while maintaining its essential properties, such as texture, to the maximum possible extent; a manufacturing process for the article; a transfer material for the transfer; and a material for obtaining the transfer material. The transfer material is produced by forming hot melt adhesive layer portion on specified post hoc printing areas in a specified face of a substrate so that it can be removed from the substrate, forming a post hoc printed image layer for showing a desired image on the adhesive layer portion by plateless printing. Heating the adhesive layer portion and post hoc printed image layer of the transfer material and pressing them against the object article for fusion bonding of the adhesive layer portion to the object article, to fix the adhesive layer portion and post hoc printed image layer to the object article upon cooling.
