TREATMENT SHEETS AND METHODS FOR USING TREATMENT SHEETS

Soft surface articles may be treated during manufacture with treatment sheets loaded with treatment chemicals while drying the articles. This eliminates a step of adding the treatment chemicals to a water bath containing the treatment chemicals. Eliminating this step reduces the amount of water used in the manufacture of the soft surface articles and also removes the requirement of having to process a vat of waste water.

Cutting and double-face leather integrated dyeing process for tan sheep skin

A cutting and double-face leather integrated dyeing process for Tan sheep skin, which comprises the following steps: cutting.fwdarw.washing with water.fwdarw.retanning.fwdarw.primary dyeing.fwdarw.primary color fixing.fwdarw.secondary dyeing.fwdarw.fatliquoring.fwdarw.secondary color fixing.fwdarw.bleaching.fwdarw.drying.fwdarw.a finished product. Tan sheep skin leather boards and fleeces dyed by the process of the invention have no cross color and color fading with each other, a high color fastness, and uniform dyeing; the prepared Tan sheep skin products such as clothing, etc., not only have the characteristics of a high added value and good practicability, but also can more largely increase product benefits and lower the production cost.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LONG LASTING PHOSPHORESCENT FABRICS AND FABRICS OBTAINED FROM THE SAME

A method for manufacturing long lasting phosphorescent fabrics and articles of clothing including fabric for use in fields such as security, domestic, sports, health, professional, etc., includes (i) preparing a composition for dyeing having a strontium aluminate pigment doped with europium and dysprosium; (ii) coating a starting fabric with the composition by air knife coating or cylinder; (iii) drying; and (iv) polymerizing. The fabrics thus obtained have long lasting phosphorescent properties and a high resistance to washing, maintaining the factory specifications of the starting fabric with respect to its mechanical properties, comfort, breathability and/or high visibility properties, if relevant.

Method for decolorizing polyester fabric

A method for decolorizing a polyester fabric is provided, which includes: providing a dyed polyester fabric, in which a material of the dyed polyester fabric contains a dye and a water repellent; providing a composite solvent, in which the composite solvent includes propylene glycol methyl ether (PM) and acetic acid that are mixed together; and performing an extraction process, which includes using the composite solvent to wet the dyed polyester fabric and remove the dye and the water repellent from the material of the polyester fabric by extraction, so as to obtain a reduced polyester fabric.
