METHOD FOR PERFORMING LOWER LIMB REHABILITATION TRAINING
A method for performing lower limb rehabilitation training comprises the steps of: (a) placing a training object's feet on a pedal in a limb rehabilitation training system, wherein the pedal comprises a pressure sensor and a location information sensor; (b) standing stably on the pedal to enable the pressure sensor on the pedal to record the body weight of the training object; and (c) sitting down on the saddle, thereby enabling: the pressure sensor on the pedal to monitor pressure variation between the training object and the pedal throughout the training of the training object, wherein the rehabilitation evaluating unit evaluates the physical status and rehabilitation status of the training object according to the physiological information and exercise information of the same collected by the sensing unit, and adjusts the exercise frequency and the exercise duration of the training object according to the physical status.
REHABILITATION TRAINING SYSTEM
A rehabilitation training system for lower limb rehabilitation comprises a function module comprising: a sensing unit that collects body function data comprising pedal pressure, exercise duration, and exercise mileage; and a mechanical structure module comprising: a driving unit and a linkage unit arranged on a frame; a groove plate for supporting a cam roller, a pedal for supporting the weight of the training object and driving the lower limb of the training object to move; a link for transmitting kinetic energy to the pedal; a rocker for supporting the link; a connecting bulge driving a guide shaft to rotate; a linear bearing supporting the guide shaft and an axis pin for connecting the link and the slider.
Systems, apparatus, and methods for documenting code blue scenarios
An apparatus may be configured for providing feedback to caregivers during a code blue scenario when adhered to the chest of a subject undergoing resuscitation by sensing and transmitting information associated with the code blue scenario. Such information may include one or more of vital signs of the subject during resuscitation, information associated with chest movements of the subject during resuscitation, and audio information from an environment of the subject during resuscitation. One or more processors may generate real-time feedback for communication to the caregivers during the code blue scenario based on the sensed and transmitted information.
Modifying humidity to glabrous tissue for the treatment of migraine and other conditions
Systems and methods for improving or preventing a condition, such as the treatment of pain syndromes and migraine headaches are disclosed. A method for treating pain can include one or more of the steps including identifying a region of the patient comprising glabrous tissue; positioning the region of the patient comprising glabrous tissue into an enclosed chamber; adjusting the relative humidity of the enclosed chamber sufficient to create a physiologic effect. The method need not involve altering the temperature within the enclosed chamber.
Apparatus for evaluating standing-aid training
A medical apparatus for standing aid includes a backrest (4) that has at least one side thereof provided with a crank rocker mechanism that includes a crank mechanism (1), a triangle linkage mechanism (2), and a rocker mechanism (3), the crank mechanism (1) is rotatably connected to the triangle linkage mechanism (2) such that an included angle between a second driven link (BE) of the triangle linkage mechanism (2) and the crank mechanism (1) is always smaller than 90°, and the crank mechanism (1) driving the triangle linkage mechanism (2), the rocker mechanism (3) and the backrest (4) connected to the triangle linkage mechanism to perform interactive movement repeatedly along a predetermined curve trajectory in response to a driving force from a drive effect of a driving unit (100), so that the backrest (4) connected to the second driven link (BE) assists a trainee in standing up repeatedly by obliquely supporting the trainee's waist.
CLOSED-LOOP SYSTEM FOR CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR)
Systems, devices, and techniques for controlling a compression unit associated with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) are described herein. For example, a medical system may include a compression unit configured to apply pressure to a torso region of a patient. The compression unit may be configured to move within space according to at least one degree of freedom. The medical system may further include processing circuitry configured to receive one or more sets of data representative of one or more patient parameters of the patient. Additionally, the medical system may generate, using a deep learning model, an output data set representing a predicted trajectory of at least one patient parameter of the one or more patient parameters, determine a set of control parameters, and control the compression unit to apply the pressure to the torso region of the patient.
MODIFYING HUMIDITY AND CONVECTION TO GLABROUS TISSUE TO CONTROL METABOLISM
Systems and methods for affecting metabolism, such as the treatment of metabolic syndrome are disclosed. A method for treating metabolic syndrome can include one or more of the steps including identifying a region of the patient comprising glabrous tissue; positioning the region of the patient comprising glabrous tissue into an enclosed chamber; adjusting the relative humidity of the enclosed chamber sufficient to create a physiologic metabolic effect; and activating a convection fan within the chamber to promote heat transfer from the glabrous tissue. The method need not involve altering the temperature within the enclosed chamber.
Reducing electrocardiogram artifacts during and post CPR
A portable medical device having improved ECG trace display and reporting. Embodiments implement features to ameliorate artifacts created by virtue of attempting to eliminate compression artifacts due to mechanical compression devices. Other embodiments additionally implement features to seek to detect the occurrence of ROSC while chest compressions are ongoing.
Systems and methods for head up cardiopulmonary resuscitation
A method for performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) includes elevating the heart of an individual to a first height relative to a lower body of the individual. The lower body may be in a substantially horizontal plane. The method may also include elevating the head of the individual to a second height relative to the lower body of the individual. The second height may be greater than the first height. The method may further include performing one or more of a type of CPR or a type of intrathoracic pressure regulation while elevating the heart and the head. The first height and the second height may be determined based on one or both of the type of CPR or the type of intrathoracic pressure regulation.
