Easily settable stretch fabrics including low-melt fiber
11905626 · 2024-02-20 ·

The present invention provides an easy settable stretch fabric comprising three types of yarns: a rigid fiber, an elastic fiber, and a low-melt fiber, wherein the low-melt fiber comprises low-melt polymer which can be fused in the temperature between 60 C. to 200 C., being higher than the temperature used for normal textile process and household laundry, but lower than the temperature used for heat setting elastic fiber. The low-melt fiber can be selected from a group of fibers made from modified polyester, nylon, and polypropylene and the copolymer from them in the form of staple or filament.

METHOD FOR DYEING AND FINISHING DEODORIZING FIBER TEXTILE AND TEXTILE

Disclosed are a method for dyeing and finishing a textile and a textile. The method includes steps of heating a bath liquid to a first temperature, and immersing a textile to be treated in the bath liquid for a first time; maintaining the bath liquid at the first temperature, adding a dye, a protective additive and a first part of a dyeing alkali agent sequentially thereto at a certain interval, and further immersing for a second time; heating the bath liquid to a second temperature at a first heating rate, then adding a second part of the dyeing alkali agent thereto, further immersing for a third time, and then taking out to obtain a dyed textile; washing and finishing the dyed textile to obtain a dyed and finished textile, wherein the dyeing alkali agent is sodium carbonate.

DYE RECYCLING METHODS

A method for recycling dye from a dyed textile, the method comprising providing a textile coloured with a dye; adding the textile to a bath comprising a solution of ionic liquid, thereby causing the dye to strip from the textile and to disperse within said solution.

Method for treating textile material and corresponding treatment apparatus

PROCESS FOR DYEING OF TEXTILE MATERIALS USING SUPERCRITICAL FLUID
20190264383 · 2019-08-29 ·

An embodiment herein provides a process for dyeing of textile materials 108 with supercritical fluid. One or more dye materials 102 along with additives (if required) are mixed with at least one suitable solvent 104 to obtain one or more dye solutions 106. A textile material 108 is pre-treated with the one or more dye solutions 106 to obtain a dye coated textile material 110. The dye-coated textile material 110 is exposed to the supercritical fluid 112 in a supercritical fluid dyeing vessel at controlled pressure and temperature. The supercritical fluid 112 solubilizes and diffuses the one or more dye materials 102 inside the surface, pores and capillaries of the textile material 108. The supercritical fluid vessel is then depressurized below supercritical condition to entrap the one or more dye materials 102 in the textile material 108 to obtain a supercritical fluid dyed textile material 114.
