Fabric material having cut loop texture, method of manufacturing same and product using same
The present invention provides fabrics with cut loop pile comprising a core yarn of a synthetic multifilament yarn and covering yarn of a split microfiber yarn and a manufacturing method thereof. The core yarn at the section where said loops are cut is outwardly protruded from the covering yarn, wherein the synthetic multifilament core yarn has been separated into multiple filaments to function as hooks. The fabrics with cut loop pile show superior characteristics in polishing properties, sliding properties, water absorption properties, rapid drying properties and feeling of touch since polishing can be performed while easily catching foreign substances such as extremely minute dust particles or human hairs and the like by the hook-shaped multifilaments of the core yarn. Thus the fabrics with cut loop pile according to the present invention can be used usefully in products such as various kind of mats, towels, bathroom products, and the like including dishcloths and mops.
VELOUR FABRIC AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A VELOUR FABRIC
The invention provides a velvet fabric and a method of making the fabric. The fabric includes a support formed by weft yarns and warp yarns, such that the weft yarns are inserted and interwoven with the warp yarns, and at least one filling yarn is anchored in the form of loops or bristles in the support. The support has two surfaces and the filling yarn emerges from at least one surface of the support. The warp yarns and/or the weft yarns of the support are at least partially formed of polyester at a low melting temperature.
Printing method
A printing method is provided. In this printing method, a printing ink composed of pigment-based solvent UV ink or UV ink is applied onto a transfer sheet capable of transmitting an ultraviolet light, and then the printing ink is cured to form a printing ink layer. Thereafter, a bonding ink composed of solvent UV ink or UV ink for bonding the printing ink layer to a medium is applied onto the printing ink layer. Subsequently, the bonding ink is pressed against the medium. In this state, irradiation with the ultraviolet light from an opposite surface of the transfer sheet to a surface having the printing ink layer formed thereon is performed, such that the bonding ink is completely cured to form a bonding ink layer. Thereafter, the transfer sheet is peeled off from the printing ink layer, whereby the printing ink layer is transferred onto the medium.
CATIONIC DYES AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to new nanocellulose-based cationic dyes, to a process for their synthesis, and to their use in processes for dyeing fibers, such as textile fibers.
Dyeing method and dyeing apparatus
Disclosed is a dyeing method using a laser beam. The method can dye transparent resins such as plastic lens well. Also disclosed is a dyeing apparatus. The dyeing method comprises heating a plastic lens having a dye-coated surface to fix the dye on the surface of the plastic lens. The method comprises the step of applying a laser beam with a wavelength, which is less likely to be absorbed in the dye but it absorbed in the plastic lens, onto the surface of the plastic lens through the dye.
MODULAR MANUFACTURING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USE THEREOF
A modular manufacturing system and method for use thereof is provided. The system and method use one or more manufacturing base modules can each have a first side, a second side opposite from the first side, a third side to the left of the first side, a fourth side to the right of the first side, a directional movement portion, and at least one operational attachment attached relative to at least two of the at least three base modules. For a given base module, the directional movement portion can define a working area for performing at least one operation on one or more articles passing through the working area, and the operational attachment can perform the at least one operation on the one or more articles. The one or more base modules can be arranged in various different arrangements and layouts with respect to one another to create an assembly line to create finished or semi-finished products from the one or more articles.
Method for processing all-polyester fiber cotton-like fabric with sunlight resistance
The present disclosure provides a method for processing an all-polyester fiber cotton-like fabric with sunlight resistance. The method includes: 1) weaving a PTT/PET bicomponent composite stretch yarn into a fabric; 2) dyeing processing the fabric; and 3) finalizing and finishing, wherein the finalizing and finishing comprises: a) preparing a finishing liquor obtained by mixing a crosslinking agent and an emulsion of benzophenone-containing polyorganosiloxane; b) padding the fabric; and c) drying and finalizing at a high temperature.
Skin protection against microbial particles
A method of manufacture and a fabric product that includes a concentrated formulation of photosensitizers having anti-microbial properties that are applied to outer surfaces of the fabric product. The inner surfaces of the fabric product are configured as a protective barrier for a user of the fabric product. Light activation of the photosensitizers protects the user against a range of pathogens, toxins, poisons, microbial particles and radiation particles incident on the outer surfaces of the fabric product.
INK SET, DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING LIQUID, METHOD OF DISCHARGING LIQUID
An ink set contains a pre-processing fluid containing a flocculant in an amount of at most 35 percent by mass and an ink that contains water, an organic solvent, a resin accounting for at least 6 percent by mass of the ink, a pigment, and a silicone oil or the solid content of a wax in an amount of at least 0.5 percent by mass to the entire of the ink, wherein an image has a static friction coefficient of at most 0.47, the image being formed by applying the pre-processing fluid to a fabric, applying the ink where the pre-processing fluid is applied to the fabric, and heating the fabric.
ISOLATED FUSARIUM SOLANI IIa AND ITS USE FOR DYEING SUBSTRATES
The invention relates to the field of fungal production of dyes and pigments and applying said fungal production of dyes for dyeing substrates. More specifically, the invention relates to an isolated fungus belonging to the species Fusarium solani deposited under the number DSM 34187, a dye produced by said fungus, a method for dyeing a substrate using said fungus, a method for dyeing a substrate using the dye produced by said fungus, a production method of said dye, and also further applications of said dye as an antimicrobial substance.
