MULTI-CORE CABLE CORE ALIGNMENT DEVICE AND MULTI-CORE CABLE CORE ALIGNMENT METHOD
A multi-core cable core aligning device is composed of a temporary holding mechanism, which is configured to arrange tips of a plurality of cores exposed at one end of a multi-core cable in a row along a predetermined arranging direction, and temporarily hold each one of the plurality of cores in such a manner as to be movable along the predetermined arranging direction, a transferring mechanism, which is configured to transfer the plurality of cores one by one while separating the plurality of cores held by the temporary holding mechanism one by one from other ones of the plurality of cores, and an aligning mechanism, which is configured to align and hold the plurality of cores with a predetermined space between adjacent ones of the plurality of cores while holding the plurality of cores transferred by the transferring mechanism one by one at spaced intervals.
Method for fabricating wire strand for main cable of suspension bridge
A method for fabricating a wire strand from parallel steel wires for a main cable of a suspension bridge, the method including: 1) selecting and coloring a steel wire as a marking steel wire which is to be positioned at a vertex of a wire strand including a plurality of parallel steel wires and having an equilateral polygon section; 2) drawing position markers at positions of the standard steel wire corresponding to control points of splay cable saddles, center points of main cable saddles, middle points of side spans, a middle point of a middle span, and starting points of anchor heads of anchor spans of a suspension bridge; 3) relaxing and shaping coils of the steel wires to yield a prefabricated wire strand; 4) preforming the positions of the cable saddles; 5) coiling the wire strand including; and 6) casting anchor of the wire strand.
Cable coiling machine
The cable coiling device automatically coils heavy-duty electrical cable into a coiled bundle having a predetermined coil diameter. This device matches the over/under coiling method used to manually coil cables that eliminate unnecessary twists and knots in cables. The cable coiling device has a first roller and a second roller that is angularly offset from the first roller. The angular offset adds a twist to the cable as it passes between the rollers. The device maintains the first and second rollers at a predetermined distance away from each other so that the cable does not slip out of the opening between the rollers. When the coil exits the rollers, the resulting cable is coil bundled and has a specific predetermined coil bundle diameter. Guide wheels positioned at specific locations guide the cable through the device, which prevents cable looping before and after the cable passes through the rollers.

STRANDING MACHINE
In a first embodiment, the invention relates to a stranding machine for wires having two wrap-around rollers having wrap-around tracks arranged on the circumference thereof, whereby the wire can be guided in such a way that the wire runs through the first and second wrap-around tracks preferably in alternation in preferably 8-shaped or 0-shaped wraps. In a second embodiment, the stranding machine has a winding device for winding the wire onto a reel having a laying device that can be moved along a movement axis parallel to the reel axis and having a plurality of rotatably supported deflecting rollers, whereby the wire can be guided in such a way that the wire runs onto and/or from each of the deflecting rollers substantially in the plane of rotation of the deflecting roller. In this way, the produced wire has lower twist and lower torsional stresses, which makes the further processing of the wire, in particular the winding, assembly, crimping, and extrusion of a plastic insulation around the wire easier and which increases the number of possible bending reversal cycles.

METHOD FOR FABRICATING STEEL WIRE CABLE COMPRISING ZINC- ALUMINIUM ALLOY PLATING
A method for fabricating a steel wire cable having a ZnAl alloy plating, the method including: arranging steel wires according to an arrangement rule at a cross section of the steel wire cable; controlling a length of the overall cable by a length of a central standard wire; twisting a bunch of the steel wires comprising a zinc-aluminum alloy plating with a torsion angle of between 2 and 4; wrapping the steel wire bunch with a polyester wrapping bandage and covering a resulting product with a double-layered protective polyethylene sheath; anchoring the two ends of the steel wire cable by anchors using fillers; and coiling the finished-product of the steel wire cables.
