USING METHOD OF SEAMLESS ROPE RING
The present invention provides a using method of a seamless rope ring, comprising the following steps: sawing a braided end of the seamless rope ring and a tail end of the seamless rope ring together to form a double-lap seamless rope ring with a halved length; alternately winding a hitch-pulling rope and the double-lap seamless rope ring; and braiding a braided end of the hitch-pulling rope and a tail end of the hitch-pulling rope together to form a ring hitch. The seamless rope ring has a simple using method and extendable length so that the seamless rope ring has multiple purposes and using strength of the seamless rope ring is greatly enhanced.
Multi-tensile assembly for a band used with electronic devices
An assembly with multiple structures, each having different tensile strengths, is integrated into a band used with various electronic devices. The assembly may include a low-tensile structure designed to elongate under an initial tension, thus allowing the band to stretch and lengthen. However, additional tension applied to the band is transferred to other structures of the assembly. Further, when the applied tension causes the structure with the highest tensile strength in the assembly to straighten (or substantially straighten), the high-tensile strength structure prevents the band from further elongation. The low-tensile strength structure allows the band to conform to a user, while the high-tensile strength structure protects the low-tensile strength structure from damage or unwanted deformation.
LIGHT WEIGHT LOAD BEARING MEMBER FOR ELEVATOR SYSTEM
A lifting member for an elevator system includes a rope formed from plurality of load carrying fibers extending along a length of the lifting member. The plurality of load carrying fibers including a plurality of aromatic polyester based fibers. A coating layer at least partially encapsulates the rope. An elevator system includes a hoistway, an elevator car disposed in the hoistway and movable therein, and a lifting member operably connected to the elevator car to suspend and/or drive the elevator car along the hoistway. The lifting member includes a rope formed from plurality of load carrying fibers extending along a length of the lifting member. The plurality of load carrying fibers including a plurality of aromatic polyester based fibers. A coating layer at least partially encapsulates the rope.
Paper guide rope
The invention relates to a paper guide rope braided from a plurality of textile subunits, wherein each subunit contains a plurality of twisted yarns made from multifilament yarn. The rope according to the invention is characterized in that the titre of at least part of the twisted yarns, preferably of all the twisted yarns, is in each case at most 5000 dtex, and that the twist rate of at least part of the twisted yarns, preferably of all the twisted yarns, is in each case at least 150 T/m.
LONG LIVED SYNTHETIC ROPE FOR POWERED BLOCKS
Disclosed is a method for producing a high strength synthetic strength member containing rope and a resultant rope, comprising multiple layers of twisted and braided yarns, wherein individual sheaths enclosing individual strands are of a material such as HMPE, PTFE or UHMWPE with a lower decomposition temperature than the material of said strands being aramid, the method comprising subjecting parts of the rope to heat and tension thereby pre-stretching and creating a non-uniform or non-round shape of said strands, further choosing a combination of braid and twist angles as well as braid compressive forces to accommodate specific strength and elongation relation between the individual rope layers.
RUBBER CORE CORD JOINING STRUCTURE, AND SOLIDIFYING AGENT FOR JOINING RUBBER CORE CORD
The present invention provides a joining structure with a joining strength higher than that of a conventional rubber core cord joining structure of a rubber ring. The invention also provides a solidifying agent for joining a rubber core cord that provides such a joining structure. A joining structure 2 of a rubber core cord 11 according to the present invention is a rubber core cord joining structure of which opposite end portions of the rubber core cord 11 or end portions of two rubber core cords are joined to each other with an adhesive. A solidified portion 23 formed by a solidifying agent 25 that has solidified is formed at each of the opposite end portions of the rubber core cord 11 or each of the end portions of the two rubber core cords, and the solidified portion 23 contains porous particles. The solidifying agent 25 according to the present invention is a solidifying agent that is applied to the rubber core cord 11, and contains a solvent containing a solidification component and porous particles contained in the solvent.
LEASH
A leash assembly (110) for watercraft users with an elongate composite horn (112) and extended base (128) providing a superior stand-off distance for the leash cord. In addition, an over-braided sheathed cord (114) provides substantial improvements in use with respect to elongation, strength and tangling. The leash assembly (110) may also feature a low hydrodynamic drag rail saver, non-slip arrangement for the cuff (116) and a unique pull tab (119) release for the cuff (116).
Lace fabric of helical structure containing twisted optical fiber threads and production method therefor
The present invention provides a lace fabric of a helical structure containing twisted optical fiber threads and a production method therefor. The lace fabric includes light guiding threads, an external sleeve and braided ropes. The light guiding threads and the braided ropes are mutually twisted to form a whole body; the external sleeve is further sleeved outside the light guiding threads and the braided ropes; an LED light source module is arranged at the outer parts of the light guiding threads and the braided ropes; and a light-emitting end of the LED light source module and the light guiding threads are arranged opposite to each other. The present invention is safe, is low in cost, is conveniently applied to and combined into various daily supplies, is used in some spaces with little light, such as outdoors in the night and other places.
Composite Thread Cable for Aquaculture Cage
A composite thread cable for an aquaculture cage includes multiple multi-filament polyester fiber yarn wires and at least one or more than one copper alloy wire blending and interweaving with the multi-filament polyester fiber yarn wires. Each of the multi-filament polyester fiber yarn wires is made of flexible material. The at least one or more than one copper alloy wire is made of hard material. The at least one or more than one copper alloy wire is intertwined in the multi-filament polyester fiber yarn wires tightly and closely to construct the composite thread cable.
