The present invention provides an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber including ethyl branches as side chains, characterized in that the ratio {(C.sub.2H.sub.5/1000C)/(elongation stress)} of the number of ethyl branches per 1,000 carbon atoms (C.sub.2H.sub.5/1000C) to the elongation stress of the polyethylene fiber (MPa) is 2 to 30 branches/1,000 carbon atoms/MPa.

It refers to the invention of a 6-strand synthetic twisted lariat rope, a product used in Team Roping competitions. It is also used in cattle handling, when it is necessary to immobilize an animal, preserving its sanity and physical integrity, avoiding injuries, friction burns due to impact and/or traction. It is a dynamic, elastic, anti-static rope where the harmful effect of the impact of a sudden stop is practically nil, which follows all the requirements of the Federal Law 10.591/02. First and foremost, the animal welfare is taken into account in Team Roping competitions. The bale identification assembly includes a read module with one or more antennas configured to transmit interrogator signals and also receive authentication replies from the identification tags (62).

Also disclosed is a process for making a high strength data transmission cable. The high strength data transmission cable is capable of being wound on a winch under tensions and surging shocks experienced by a fishing trawler, and provides high quality data signal transmission and resolution so as to permit use for transmitting data during fish trawl operation from high-resolution sonars used to monitor fish caught.
