Woven/knit fabric
A woven/knit fabric, comprising two or more types of yarn different in elongation rate, wherein the two or more types of yarn different in elongation rate are separately arranged as independent threads in the same direction in at least one of warp and weft; and wherein a stress-strain curve obtained by applying load in a direction parallel to the direction of the arrangement of the threads has an inflection point; and includes a point satisfying an equation:
2.5≤B/A where, with a reference where the woven/knit fabric is subjected to load and has an elongation of P (%), A is an elastic modulus of the woven/knit fabric when the woven/knit fabric is subjected to load and has an elongation of (P×0.8) (%) and B is an elastic modulus of the woven/knit fabric when the woven/knit fabric is subjected to load and has an elongation of (P×1.2) (%).
COMPRESSION BANDAGE AND COMPRESSION BANDAGE COMBINATION
The invention relates to a compression bandage comprising a nonwoven-based bandage layer that has been stitched over with elastic textile threads by stitch bonding methods, the textile threads being heat-shrinkable and not elastomeric and the compression bandage having an elasticity after heat shrinking of the textile threads by 50-200%, particularly 50% to 90% and especially 50% to 70%. The invention also relates to a compression bandage combination.
Elastomeric Laminate
Methods and (articles of manufacture therefrom) including forming an elastic film from a polymer composition; tensioning the elastic film to a stretch ratio of between 2 and 6 in the MD; laminating the elastic film to an extensible facing to provide an elastomeric laminate having a CD hysteresis loss of 70% or less and an MD hysteresis loss of 50% or less.
ELASTIC HYDROPHILIC NON WOVEN FABRIC AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF
An elastic hydrophilic non-woven fabric is provided, which is made from composition grains using a meltblown process. The composition grains include 3 to 30 parts by weight of a hydrophilic auxiliary agent and 70 to 97 parts by weight of a hydrogenated styrene based triblock copolymer based on 100 parts by total weight. The hydrophilic auxiliary agent includes polylactic acid and polyvinyl acetate. A method that the elastic hydrophilic non-woven fabric is fabricated at least includes a step to melt the composition grains to form a melt body, and a step to squeezed the melt body through a spinneret by the meltblown process, then the elastic hydrophilic non-woven fabric is finished. Hence, the elastic hydrophilic non-woven fabric has both of elasticity and hydrophilicity.
Knitted shoe upper with integral eyelets
The present invention relates to a shoe upper including a knitted component having a plurality of integrally knitted lines of loops including a set of consecutive lines, wherein each line in the set of consecutive lines includes a plurality of consecutive loops which are interlooped with adjacent loops of the respective line and not interlooped with loops of a line which is not contained in the set, and wherein the set of consecutive lines forms at least a portion of an eyelet which is configured to receive a lace.
BIO-BASED SYNTHETIC FABRICS AND PREPARATION METHODS THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a fabric, a preparation method thereof and clothing formed therefrom. The preparation method includes the following steps: obtaining bio-based synthetic fiber chips from textile waste materials; obtaining extruded filaments from the bio-based synthetic fiber chips by adopting a spinning solution; and weaving and interlocking the extruded filaments with bio-based elastic fibers to obtain the fabric. The prepared fabric is obtained from the textile waste materials, so that waste recycling is realized, and the pollution of the textile wastes to the environment is avoided. The spinning solution is adopted in the preparation process of the fabric, so that the opacity and hydrophilicity of the fabric can be enhanced.
AUTOMATIC TEXTILE WINDING SYSTEM WITH MULTI-STRANDED ROTATABLE YARN FEED
A system for forming a non-woven, yarn structure for an engineered textile includes a jig having a plurality of upstanding pins and an automatic winding system for winding a plurality of continuous strands of yarn across the jig and around the upstanding pins. The automatic winding system includes a movement mechanism and a winding head coupled with the movement mechanism. The movement mechanism includes one or more motors that are configured to translate the winding head across a central workspace area of the jig. The winding head includes a rotatable base; a plurality of yarn guides arranged in a linear array and extending from the rotatable base, each yarn guide adapted to receive a different one of the continuous strands, and a rotation motor coupled to the rotatable base and configured to selectively rotate the base to alter an orientation of the linear array.
TEXTILES AND ARTICLES AND PROCESSES FOR MAKING THE SAME
Films, fibers, filaments, yarns and textiles including thermoplastic elastomeric compositions are described, as are methods of making the films, fibers, filaments, yarns and textiles. These films, fibers, filaments, yarns and textiles can be used to make articles of apparel, footwear, and sporting equipment. When thermoformed, the thermoplastic elastomeric compositions can impart abrasion resistance, traction, and other advantageous properties to the articles. This abstract is intended as a scanning tool for purposes of searching in the particular art and is not intended to be limiting of the present disclosure.
Method of constructing a circular-knitted compression garment
A method of constructing a compression garment, for example, a sock, formed of a knitted fabric that includes an elastomer compression inlay yarn introduced into a predetermined first selection of needles on a first knitting machine finger position and first and second pattern yarns introduced into a predetermined second selection of needles on second and third knitting machine finger positions, the first selection of needles and the second selection of needles collectively defining a predetermined pattern. When the predetermined second selection of needles is raised to take on the first and second pattern yarns, the elastomer compression inlay yarn deflects predetermined ones of the second selection of needles radially inwardly to define an annular space into which the pattern yarns are dropped in an offset relation to the elastomer compression inlay yarn. The first and second pattern yarns are plated to respective outer and inner surfaces of the fabric, and the elastomer compression yarn are inlaid to the inner surface of the fabric.
