Rip resistant, non-pilling fine knit garments
The present invention relates to knits that can be used to make rip-resistant sheer hosiery or similar garments, using a specific combination of UHMWPE fiber and stretch fiber, such as spandex. The knit has rip-resistant and anti-microbial properties. Details are provided to avoid problems with pilling and the appearance of bald spots during use. A variation of the knit is useful for activewear.
COMPOSITE YARNS
Composite yarns including a cellulose-based filament are disclosed. The cellulose-based filament may be wrapped around a staple fiber core of the yarn or may be included in a core of the yarn and at least partially surrounded by a staple fiber sheath. Such composite yarns can combine the strength of the regenerated cellulose filament with the feel and other properties of the organic fiber. Textiles formed from the composite yarns and articles including the textiles are also disclosed.
ECO-FRIENDLY POLYESTER FIBERS AND MICROFIBER SHED-RESISTANCE POLYESTER TEXTILES
The present application is generally concerned with polyester-based fibers, which exhibit enhanced resistance to breakage and attritional wear. More particularly, the inventive fibers may be especially aimed at textile applications, wherein the inventive fibers may reduce the propensity of the textile materials to produce microplastic and nanoplastic particles during use and during laundering or other cleaning operations, which are a known pollution hazard in the natural environment.
Bio-derived polyurethane fiber
Included are elastomeric fibers and method for preparing such fibers, which include a bio-derived butanediol. The bio-derived butanediol is used to prepare a polymeric glycol composition, which is contacted with a diisocyanate and spun to provide an elastomeric fiber.
COMPRESSION GARMENT ENHANCED WITH HEMP FIBERS
Hemp fibers may be disposed throughout or in selected portions of a compression garment (e.g., glove, posture support garment, pants, leggings, tights, shorts, long sleeve top, short sleeve top, sock, etc.). The hemp fibers deployed in the compression garment enhance the durability of the compression garment, and imparts various advantageous properties (e.g., anti-microbial or anti-bacterial, mildew-resistant, odor reduction, moisture wicking, etc.) to the compression garment, enabling the compression garment to be provided with comfort and style.

TRAINING TIGHT WITH PRECONFIGURED COMPRESSION ZONES AND INTEGRATED STRUCTURE PATTERNS
A training tight having preconfigured compression zones with integrated knit structure patterns is provided herein. The compression zones may have differing compressive properties where zones having a higher compression force are located at the waist and thigh areas of the tight, and zones having a lower compression force are located at the knee and calf area of the tight. The integrated structure patterns modify the compressive properties of the zones in the areas where the patterns are located in order to further customize the compressive properties of the training tight.
