CLOTH AND FIBER ARTICLE
The invention addresses the problem of providing a cloth and a textile product, which are extremely excellent in stretchability and sweat-absorbing and quick-drying properties and further have a natural material-like texture and appearance. As a means for resolution, for example, a cloth is obtained using a composite yarn containing a crimped yarn and a stretch fiber.
DIPPING COMPOSITE MATERIAL FOR ENHANCING CUT RESISTANCE OF CHEMICAL-RESISTANT GLOVES
Disclosed is a dipping composite material for enhancing the cut resistance of chemical-resistant gloves, wherein an additive is added to a latex, and the additive is a metal oxide and/or silica and/or glass fiber and/or basalt fiber and/or aramid fiber. The present invention improves the formula of a dipping layer such that the dipping layer has the cut resistance, which can significantly improve the cut resistant level of gloves.
Antimicrobial fibers
The invention provides an antimicrobial fiber which exhibits excellent antimicrobial properties even without the addition of antimicrobial agents and can remain antimicrobial even after repeated washing. The antimicrobial fiber comprises a fiber having on a surface thereof a polyacetal copolymer (X) containing oxyalkylene groups, the molar amount of oxyalkylene groups in the polyacetal copolymer (X) being 0.2 to 5 mol % relative to the total of the molar amount of oxymethylene groups and the molar amount of oxyalkylene groups.
Protective fire glove
A fire protective glove includes a palm portion and a back portion. The palm portion includes a polymer impregnated layer constructed of aramid fibers, leather, or a combination thereof; and a palm moisture barrier layer that is interior to the polymer impregnated layer, the palm moisture barrier layer being constructed of polyurethane, polytetrafluroethylene, aramid fibers, or a combination thereof. The back portion includes a first back protective layer constructed of aramid fibers, leather, or a combination thereof; and a second back protective layer that is interior to the first back protective layer, the second back protective layer being constructed of aramid fibers, modacrylic, or a combination thereof.
ULTRA-HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE FIBER WITH ULTRA-HIGH CUT RESISTANCE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
An ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber with ultra-high cut resistance includes an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene matrix and carbon fiber powder particles dispersed therein. The content of the carbon fiber powder particles is 0.25-10 wt %. A method for preparing the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber with the ultrahigh cut resistance and a cut-resistant glove woven therefrom are further provided. The test proves that the glove woven from the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber with the ultra-high cut resistance is soft and comfortable, and does not have prickling sensation. According to the test of the Standard EN388-2003, the level of the cut-resistant grade ranges from 4 to 5.
CUT-RESISTANT AND MOISTURE MANAGEMENT COOLING FABRIC, ARTICLE FORMED OF CUT-RESISTANT AND MOISTURE MANAGEMENT COOLING FABRIC, AND METHOD OF MAKING CUT-RESISTANT AND MOISTURE MANAGEMENT COOLING FABRIC
A multi-layered knitted fabric includes: a first layer formed of a first yarn; a second layer formed of a second yarn; and a third layer formed of a third yarn. The first yarn includes an evaporative yarn, the second yarn includes a cut resistant yarn, the third yarn includes an evaporative yarn adapted to allow moisture trapped in the second layer to move to the third layer, and the second layer is arranged between the first and third layers.
CUT-RESISTANT POLYETHYLENE YARN
Provided is a cut-resistant polyethylene yarn, and more particularly, a cut-resistant polyethylene yarn which allows manufacture of a product having both excellent cut resistance and excellent wear resistance.
CUT-RESISTANT POLYETHYLENE YARN
Provided is a cut-resistant polyethylene yarn, and more particularly, a cut-resistant polyethylene yarn which allows manufacture of a product having excellent cut resistance and providing excellent wearability.
Cut resistant fabric
A cut resistant fabric and a method of manufacturing a cut resistant fiber is disclosed herein. The fabric comprises a Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) material and a sheet shaped wollastonite filler. The sheet shaped wollastonite filler is treated with a coupling agent and mixed with the UHMWPE material. A thickness of the sheet shaped wollastonite filler is less than 10 micrometers (μm). The method comprises providing the sheet shaped wollastonite filler having a thickness of less than 10 μm and treating the sheet shaped wollastonite filler with a coupling agent at a first predefined temperature to obtain a uniform solution. The method further comprises mixing the uniform solution with a fiber solution comprising UHMWPE resin at a second predefined temperature.
Cut-resistant yarn structure
Apparatuses and associated methods of manufacturing are described that provide for cut-resistant yarn structures. An example cut-resistant yarn structure includes a first cut-resistant core filament a second cut-resistant core filament. The yarn structure further includes a first covering yarn that is wound over the first cut-resistant core filament and the second cut-resistant core filament. The first covering yarn includes a core-spun yarn in which staple fibers are spun over a third cut-resistant core filament. The yarn structure also includes one or more covering layers wound over the first covering yarn that may serve as the exterior layer for the cut-resistant yarn structure. In some instances, the first and second cut-resistant core filaments include a core-spun yarn in which staple fibers are spun over the first cut-resistant core filament and/or the second cut-resistant core filament.
