TEXTILE FABRIC FABRICATED OF TWILL WEAVE SHEETING
The present disclosure relates to a new and improved textile fabric fabricated of twill weave sheeting that has excellent wrinkle resisting characteristics, improved softness and durability over the sheeting fabrics currently being manufactured, enhanced aesthetic appeal, economy in cost of manufacture and other desirable characteristics. The textile fabric of the present disclosure can be formed of warp and weft yarns of twill weave construction wherein each of the warp yarns can be made of a natural material and each of the weft yarns can be made of a synthetic material. In an embodiment, the twill weave sheeting can have warp yarn and weft yarn, wherein the warp yarn and the weft yarn being a cross weave of cotton and polyester.
Fire Retardant Mattress Core Cap and Method of Making Same
A fabric made by the method of providing a non-woven batt having flame retardant fibers, stitch bonding the non-woven batt with an elastic yarn, and heat treatment the stitch bonded, non-woven batt. The stitch bonded non-woven batt is exposed to a temperature in a range of 65 C. to 200 C. for a period in a range of 30 seconds to 120 seconds, and contracts in the machine direction in a range of 5% to 65% and in the cross-direction in a range of 20% to 70%. In an embodiment, the fabric is adapted for use as a mattress core cover.

FLAME RETARDANT MATTRESS CORE CAP AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A fabric made by the method of providing a non-woven batt having flame retardant fibers, stitch bonding the non-woven batt with an elastic yarn, and heat setting the stitch bonded, non-woven batt. The stitch bonded non-woven batt is exposed to a temperature in a range of 160 C. to 200 C. for a period in a range of 30 seconds to 120 seconds. In an embodiment, the fabric is adapted for use as a mattress core cover.
Double jersey knitted fabric with yarn selection
A method for producing a double jersey fabric on a double jersey, single jacquard circular knitting machine includes steps of knitting a front side of the fabric on a cylinder (C) and knitting the rear side of the fabric on a dial (D) of the machine, knitting a base yarn on a rear side of the fabric, except for connecting points where the base yarn is knitted on the front side of the fabric. The method additionally includes steps of inserting a pattern yarn before a start of a pattern unit, which is produced using the pattern yarn, knitting the pattern yarn on the front side of the fabric in the pattern unit and cutting off the pattern yarn after the pattern unit.
Stretchable flame barrier panels
A stretchable flame barrier panel including an interior stretch zone having elastomeric yarns extending across a fibrous base layer of textile fibers and optionally substantially stable lateral selvage zones outboard of the interior stretch zone. In a finished state, the interior stretch zone has substantial stretch and recovery in both the machine direction and the cross-machine direction.
PERFORMANCE BED SHEETS
A bed sheet is provided that includes a knitted performance fabric having a plurality of spaced apart ventilation ports. The knitted performance fabric has a gauge per square inch, grams per square meter, air permeability and material content that are pre-selected to provide the knitted performance fabric with one or more selected physical features.
Antibacterial Fibers and Materials
Antimicrobial fibers that include antimicrobial nanoparticles dispersed substantially uniformly in a polymer matrix. Textiles and other materials can be formed from such fibers. The fibers may be formed via a masterbatch process or in a process wherein the antimicrobial nanoparticles, polymeric component, and additive(s) are melt processed together directly. Devices can be at least partially formed from polymer materials that include antimicrobial nanoparticles dispersed substantially uniformly in a polymer matrix.
