Filter Sector for a Filter Disc and Disc Filter With a Filter Sector
A filter sector for a filter disc or a disc filter with a perforated and structured filter plate, wherein the filter plate can be suctioned. The filter plate comprises at least one arch structure with a polygonal base. An improvement in the separation capacity or separation efficiency is made possible.

SCREEN CYLINDER
The present invention relates to a screen cylinder that is particularly suitable for screening, filtering, fractionating, or sorting cellulose pulp or fibre suspensions of the pulp and paper industry or other similar suspensions. The present invention relates more particularly to screening devices, which are usually cylindrical though also conical shapes are known. Such screening devices have basically two optional constructions. A first one comprises a plurality of screen wires positioned substantially axially and at a small spacing parallel to each other. The plurality of screen wires forms a screening surface facing the pulp or fibre suspension to be screened and adjacent wires form screening openings therebetween allowing an accept portion of the pulp or fibre suspension to flow therethrough. The second construction comprises a drilled or slotted sheet metal plate bent to a circular, or in broader terms, rotationally symmetrical shape.

Method and device for monitoring a wear structure, in particular a sealing structure
A method for monitoring a wear structure including at least one wear element in a machine for generating or processing a fibrous material web, includes providing a time at which the wear element became operational, providing a time at which a defined first wear level of the wear element was reached, providing at least one further characteristic variable, and predicting a remaining operating time of the wear element from the knowledge of the times, in particular from a time difference between the times, as well as from the at least one further characteristic variable, by using a computer system. A device for carrying out the method is also provided.

SCREEN ASSEMBLY FOR PULP DIGESTERS AND OTHER TREATMENT VESSELS IN PULP PRODUCTION
A screen assembly for a digester, impregnation vessel or other treatment vessel for separation of cooking liquor or treatment liquor from lignocellulosic material, typically in a form of chips, in the production of chemical cellulose pulp, which screen assembly includes a plurality of screen panels (17) of woven wire mesh cloth and attachment device configured to attach the screen panels to a support frame of the digester or vessel.
FIBER PROCESSING DEVICE AND FIBROUS FEEDSTOCK RECYCLING DEVICE
Technology for efficiently extracting fiber from a feedstock containing fiber. A subunit has a mesh drum configured as a rotatable cylinder with mesh in at least part of its surface, and a case that houses the mesh drum. The case has a first opening and a second opening that communicate with a first area, and a third opening that communicates with a second area. First screened material is supplied from the first opening to the first area. The subunit discharges from the third opening waste, which is a first component of the first screened material moved by an air current from the first area to the second area, and discharges from the second opening by an air current processing feedstock, which is a second component of the first screened material that does not pass through the mesh drum with the air current and remains in the first area.
Method for producing a screening device
A method for producing a screening device, the method comprising the steps of providing a screening device that includes a plurality of profiled bars and a plurality of bar holder packages associated with the plurality of profiled bars. The plurality of bar holder packages include a plurality of first bar holders and at least one additional bar holder associated with the plurality of first bar holders. The method including the further steps of inserting the plurality of profiled bars parallel to one another into the plurality of bar holder packages, and bending the plurality of bar holder packages such that the plurality of first bar holders and the at least one additional bar holder are bent at the same time.
