For example, a system includes a collector including load sensors attached thereto, the collector configured to receive an extruded polymer; and an electro spinning melt head assembly positioned above the collector and configured to extrude the polymer. The electro spinning melt head assembly and/or the collector is configured to move. The melt head assembly includes a syringe assembly and at least one heating element configured to supply heat to the syringe assembly. The syringe assembly includes: a syringe including a passage extending from a proximal end, the passage configured to receive the polymer, and a nozzle configured to allow polymer to pass therethrough.

COMPRESSIBLE ADJUNCT WITH ATTACHMENT REGIONS

A compressible adjunct is used with a surgical instrument including a staple cartridge deck. The compressible adjunct includes a first biocompatible material, a second biocompatible material with a lower melting temperature than the first biocompatible material, and a body including a face positionable against a length of the staple cartridge deck. The face includes a plurality of attachment regions spaced apart from one another, wherein the plurality of attachment regions include the second biocompatible material, wherein the face is selectively attachable to the staple cartridge deck at said plurality of attachment regions, and a plurality of non-attachment regions extending between the plurality of attachment regions, wherein the second biocompatible material is selectively disposed outside said non-attachment regions.

SPINNING APPARATUS

According to one embodiment, a spinning apparatus includes a spinning head and a rotational brush. An organic material is filled up inside the spinning head, and the spinning head ejects the organic material on a surface of a base to form a sheet of the organic fiber on the surface of the base. The rotational brush includes a plurality of brush bristles and is rotated while the brush bristles are in contact with the sheet in the surface of the base. The rotational brush strips the organic fiber from a part of the sheet by the rotation.

Preparation Method for Fluorine- and Chlorine-Containing Conductive Polymer Resin and Single- or Double-Sided Filled Composite Thin Film Prepared Using Same and the Preparation Method Therefor

Disclosed are a method for a preparing fluorine- and chlorine-containing conductive polymer resin, a single-side or double-side filled composite film prepared using the fluorine- and chlorine-containing conductive polymer resin, and a method for preparing the film. The fluorine- and chlorine-containing conductive polymer single-side or double-side filled composite film comprises a microporous film skeleton and the fluorine- and a chlorine-containing conductive polymer resin. The composite film is mechanically stronger, more waterproof, more impervious to water and toxic and harmful chemicals, and more moisture permeability. When applied to biochemical protective clothing, it can greatly enhance the combat effectiveness of the soldiers because it is light and more impervious to water and toxic and harmful chemicals, brings about comfort, and keeps the soldiers warm. When applied to fuel cells, it can provide better electrical properties due to its high conductivity and can allow the fuel, such as hydrogen or alcohol, to burn more completely.
