BIB WITH PACIFIER SECURED THERETO
A bib with pacifier wherein the present invention includes a pacifier member secured proximate the upper perimeter edge thereof in a manner so as to inhibit lateral movement of the pacifier member and maintain proximity to the upper perimeter edge. The present invention includes a body that is manufactured from cloth or other suitable material. The body includes a first upper corner and a second upper corner having opposing lateral edges extending downward therefrom being joined at a midpoint. A first attachment member and a second attachment member are secured along the upper perimeter edge having a void therebetween wherein the void is in general axial alignment with the midpoint. A pacifier member is secured to the first attachment member and second attachment member. Fasteners are present at the first upper corner and second upper corner and are mateable functioning to secure the body around the neck of an infant.
Evolving pacifier
An evolving pacifier, which includes: a mouthpiece intended to be suckled by a child; a handle; at least one base flange having a base thickness and on one side of which the mouthpiece extends to have a suction length L, and on the other side of which the handle extends; and a system for reducing the length L. The reduction system includes at least one first adjustment flange having a passage for the mouthpiece so as to surround the mouthpiece and an element for coupling the first adjustment flange to the base flange so as to have the first adjustment flange on the side of the mouthpiece relative to the base flange. The first adjustment flange has a first adjustment thickness which is at least equal to the base thickness.
Pacifier fabrication method
A method for fabricating a pacifier having surface features replicating those of a nursing mother's nipple, wherein the nipple has a length, the method including steps of utilizing the nursing mother's nipple as a positive mold to cast a first negative mold; utilizing the first negative mold to cast a replica of the nursing mother's nipple; modifying the replica of the nursing mother's nipple so that said replica has a length greater than that of the nursing mother's nipple; utilizing the modified replica of the nursing mother's nipple as a second positive mold to cast a second negative mold; and utilizing the second negative mold to cast an extended length replica of the nursing mother's nipple.
Pacifier
A pacifier is disclosed having a guard with a nipple disposed about center of the guard extending downward from a bottom of the guard. The guard has a plurality of wings extending outward from a elongate handle disposed about a center of the guard. The elongate handle forms a protrusion extending upward from the guard.
Infant pacifiers with interchangeable nipples
A pacifier includes a shield with opposite front and rear surfaces, an opening substantially centered within the shield, and an annular sleeve extending from the rear surface. The annular sleeve is circumferentially aligned with a perimeter of the opening and comprises an inner surface with a notch. A nipple member includes an annular base, a nipple extending outwardly from a first end of the base, and a flange at an opposite second end. The nipple member is inserted through the shield opening with the nipple extending outward from the shield front surface. The annular base has an outwardly extending rib that mates with the notch to limit relative rotation. The flange abuts the distal free end of the shield annular sleeve. A cap is removably secured to the shield annular sleeve to maintain engagement of the nipple member and shield.
ADAPTIVE PACIFIER ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR LIQUID FOOD AND MEDICATION DELIVERY TO CHILDREN
The present invention provides an innovative baby pacifier apparatus, system, and methods for feeding liquid food or medicine to infants. The pacifier comprises a protective guard with a detachable nipple on one side and a detachable food storage chamber or ring on the other. The system includes interchangeable components such as food pouches, feeding tubes, and protective caps, allowing customization based on the infant's needs. A feeding tube connects the pacifier to a liquid pouch via a connector. A flow controller, including a drip chamber in the feeding tube, enables caregivers to regulate the liquid flow rate for safe and efficient delivery. The food storage chamber, fillable through one or more ports, includes flow control valves for releasing liquid when the infant sucks on the nipple. Protective caps attach to the nipple and storage chamber for hygiene, offering a flexible, safe, and convenient solution for feeding in various settings.
ARTIFICIAL TEAT
The present invention resides in the soothing of infants, particularly soothing from persistent crying in distressed but healthy infants using an artificial teat having a neck and a head, wherein the head is solid. The teat has particular use for the normalisation of cranial rhythmic impulses in such infants.
