THE LEATHER FIBER FOR THE LEATHER SPUN YARN HAVING IMPROVED PROPERTY
Provided is a leather fiber for leather spun yarn with improved physical properties of the leather spun yarn by containing leather fibers with more improved length, thickness, fineness, and the like than conventional leather fibers, in which the leather fiber has an average length of 15 mm or more and 40% or more of the content of fibers of more than 15 mm, in the leather fibers for the leather spun yarn contained in the leather spun yarn formed by containing the leather fibers and natural fibers or/and regenerated fibers.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR IMPARTING FALSE TWIST TO A YARN
An apparatus for imparting false twist to a staple yarn comprising a yarn guide for guiding a staple yarn along a path and a false twist device comprising a convex surface for engagement with a staple yarn so as to impart a force to the staple yarn when the staple yarn engages with and traverses the convex surface of the false twist device, and wherein the relative positioning between the yarn guide and the convex surface of the false twist device is adjustable such that, when a staple yarn is engaged with the convex surface of the false twist device and extends between the yarn guide and the false twist device, the amount of contact between the staple yarn and the convex surface of the false twist device can be controlled.
Textile material and fabrication method
A woven fabric includes a plurality of warp and weft yarns. The yarn is formed by a combination of extra long staple cotton and Suvin cotton, which is spun together at a low speed on a ring frame. In alternate example embodiments, the yarn is formed by a combination of long staple cotton and Suvin cotton.
COMPOSITE YARN SPUN OF SEPARATE FIBERS AND A FABRIC KNITTED BY SUCH A YARN
A composite yarn spun of separate fibers may include a soybean fiber; a cellulose fiber with incorporated organic seaweed; and a Ramie fiber. A knitted fabric composition may include yarns as defined above.
Renewably Sourced Yarn and Method of Manufacturing Same
A yarn includes a plurality of spun polylactic filaments. Silver particles are impregnated into the spun polylactic filaments to inhibit to growth of bacteria within the yarn. The yarn can be used to create fabric for any type of woven product.
HYDROENTANGLED WOVEN FABRIC
The present disclosure describes a hydroentangled woven fabric. The hydroentangled woven fabric includes a plurality of warp yarns and a plurality of weft yarns interwoven with the plurality of warp yarns to define the hydroentangled woven fabric. The hydroentangled woven fabric has a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The hydroentangled fabric has a plurality of compact interstitial spaces between the plurality of warp yarns and the plurality of weft yarns. The plurality of warp yarns and the plurality of weft yarns are bulky around the compact interstitial spaces. The hydroentangled fabric has a compact thickness that extends in a direction from the first side of the hydroentangled woven fabric to the second side of the hydroentangled woven fabric. The compact thickness and bulky warp and weft yarns give rise to a compact and moisture wicking hydroentangled woven fabric.
FABRIC FOR BINDING AND FASTENING
Provided is a fabric for binding and fastening, including a first cloth material and a second cloth material. The first cloth material has a first base cloth, and a plurality of curved hook structures is provided on a surface of the first base cloth. The second cloth material has a second base cloth, and a plurality of loop structures is provided on a surface of the second base cloth. The hook structures of the first cloth material and the loop structures of the second cloth material are embedded in each other for binding. The fabric is applicable to two objects that need to be bound and fastened, avoiding the two objects from moving freely.
LONG UNIFORM RECOMBINANT PROTEIN FIBERS
The present disclosure provides improved long uniform recombinant protein fibers with desirable physical traits. The present disclosure also provides compositions derived from the long uniform recombinant protein fibers.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RECYCLING LEATHER SHEET USING FIBER OF LEATHER
A method of preparing recycling leather sheets comprise: pre-processing where leather wastes are neutralized and fatliquoring agents are adhered; separating leather fibers from the leather wastes that has undergone the pre-processing; mixing the separated leather fibers with fibers for improving a tensile strength of the separated leather fibers; and forming sheets by combining the mixed leather fibers and raw fabrics for floor. The method of preparing recycling leather sheets in the present invention may reduce environmental pollution by preparing recycling leather sheets through physical combination without using adhesives.
