Method of constructing a circular-knitted compression garment
A method of constructing a compression garment, for example, a sock, formed of a knitted fabric that includes an elastomer compression inlay yarn introduced into a predetermined first selection of needles on a first knitting machine finger position and first and second pattern yarns introduced into a predetermined second selection of needles on second and third knitting machine finger positions, the first selection of needles and the second selection of needles collectively defining a predetermined pattern. When the predetermined second selection of needles is raised to take on the first and second pattern yarns, the elastomer compression inlay yarn deflects predetermined ones of the second selection of needles radially inwardly to define an annular space into which the pattern yarns are dropped in an offset relation to the elastomer compression inlay yarn. The first and second pattern yarns are plated to respective outer and inner surfaces of the fabric, and the elastomer compression yarn are inlaid to the inner surface of the fabric.
A CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE WITH AN OFFSET SYSTEM FOR THE STITCH CAM OF THE NEEDLE PLATE
A circular knitting machine for knitted or hosiery items includes a supporting structure; a needle-holding cylinder selectively turnable around an axis of rotation of the knitting machine and provided with a plurality of cylinder needles; and a dial assembly arranged above the needle-holding cylinder. The dial assembly includes a supporting ring integral with the supporting structure; a needle-holding plate turnably mounted to the supporting ring and turnable around the axis of rotation; a plurality of plate needles; and a plurality of cams controlling the plate needles, which interact with the plate needles so as to transmit to them a radial movement inside the respective sliding seat based on a given law of motion, wherein the control cams globally form a cam profile defining the law of motion. The dial assembly further includes a stitch cam placed movably on the supporting ring and configured for interacting with the plate needles in a given angular sector during the rotation of the needle-holding plate, so as to transmit to the plate needles a motion of return for executing stitch formation. The stitch cam is selectively movable with respect to the cam profile.
SOCK WITH TOE ANCHOR
Aspects herein are directed to a sock having a plurality of toe-anchor knit courses that form a toe anchor that divides a toe-end opening of the sock into a first toe-end opening and a second toe-end opening by extending across the toe-end opening from a dorsal portion of the toe-end opening to a plantar portion of the toe-end opening. The toe-anchor knit courses are integrally knit with the sock body.
OPEN TOE SOCK WITH TOE ANCHOR
Aspects herein are directed to a sock and methods for forming the sock. The sock in accordance with aspects herein having a plurality of toe-anchor knit courses that form a toe anchor that divides a toe-end opening of the sock into a first toe-end opening and a second toe-end opening by extending across the toe-end opening from a dorsal portion of the toe-end opening to a plantar portion of the toe-end opening. The toe-anchor knit courses are integrally knit with the sock body.

Compressive knitted fabric with adhesive effect
The invention relates to a compressive knitted fabric consisting of at least one stitch-forming basic knitting thread, at least one inserted and/or knitted elastic weft thread and at least one plush thread plaited, at least partially, onto the basic knitting thread and forming plush loops, wherein the at least one plush thread is an adhesive thread in order to give the compressive knitted fabric an anti-slip effect.

Lightweight knitted upper and methods of manufacture
A lightweight, breathable, translucent and high-strength upper formed from a half-gauge knit, at least in part from a high tenacity yarn and a fusible yarn, is described. The upper may include a knit heel structure. Methods of manufacture, including exposing the upper to steam while in a tensioned state to at least partially melt the fusible yarn to adjacent yarns is also described. Subsequent cooling of the fusible yarn retains the upper in a stretched condition.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INTEGRAL SHOE BLANK
A method for manufacturing an integral shoe blank is provided. In the method, a reinforcement piece is woven by a flat knitting machine during a weave process, and the reinforcement piece is made unperceivable through a subsequent side overturning step when viewing from an exterior of a shoe. Thus, with the reinforcement piece, structural strength of the shoe blank is reinforced while better comfort is provided to the foot by a shoe manufactured from the shoe blank.
