Conjugate of finasteride with peptide
A composition for preventing hair loss and, more specifically, to a compound having a structure in which finasteride and a peptide are linked through a covalent bond and a pharmaceutical composition or a cosmetic composition for preventing hair loss or promoting hair growth comprising the same. The compound having a structure in which finasteride and a peptide are linked through a covalent bond is excellent in physiological activities such as hair loss improvement, hair growth promotion, cell growth promotion, etc., is excellent in stability in water and skin permeation, and thus can be effectively used as a composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth.
Primer and kit of primer and dental material
The invention relates to an aqueous dental single-component primer composition as well as a kit with this primer composition and a composite. The primer composition according to the present invention is self-etching and self-undercoating. It comprises a polymerizable (meth)acrylate or (meth)acrylamide monomer with (i) at least one acidic group such as for example a phosphoric acid group and with (ii) at least one hydrophilic group such as for example a terminal hydroxy group or two polymerizable (meth)acrylate or (meth)acrylamide monomers, wherein one thereof comprises (i) at least one acidic group and one thereof comprises (ii) at least one hydrophilic group. In addition, at least one of the polymerizable (meth)acrylate or methylacrylamide monomers comprises (i) a polyfunctionality, preferably an at least threefold polyfunctionality, particularly preferably a 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-, 7-, 8-, 9- or 10-fold polyfunctionality and/or (ii), or a further polymerizable (meth)acrylate or methylacrylamide monomer (iii) with a polyfunctionality, preferably an at least three-fold polyfunctionality, particularly preferably a 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-, 7-, 8-, 9- or 10-fold polyfunctionality is contained. This polyfunctionality inheres in the capability to polymerize. In particularly, at least three, preferably terminal, (meth)acrylate, (meth)acrylamide and/or allyl groups are present. Furthermore, this primer composition is characterized by the absence of a photoinitiator, a polymerization catalyst, in particularly a polymerization catalyst on the basis of vanadium as well as by the absence of an organic solvent.
Powder-liquid type dental resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement composition
An object of the present invention is to provide a dental resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement composition which exhibit high surface curability even under wet conditions, which makes it difficult for the surface to become cloudy even if moisture comes in contact with at the initial stage of curing, exhibits high mechanical properties, low water absorption expansion and excellent coloring resistance in the set product and is also excellent in storage stability. The dental resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement composition consisting of a powder material and a liquid material, wherein the powder material contains (a) acid-reactive glass powder, the liquid material contains (b) water, (c) polymer of acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer, (d) hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate-based polymerizable monomer and (e) tri or more functional (meth)acrylamide-based polymerizable monomer, and at least one of the powder material and the liquid material contains (f) polymerization initiator.
Dental composite milling blanks with enhanced mechanical properties and methods of making the same
A dental resin composite comprising a thermally cured composition of polymeric resin monomers and inorganic fillers that comprise at least 80 wt % total filler loading is provided. Mill blocks made from the dental resin composite and produced via free radical polymerization under high-temperature (approximately 160° C. to 220° C.) and high-pressure process (approximately 300 MPa to 560 MPa) exhibited enhanced mechanical strength and good esthetics suitable for use in CAD/CAM indirect restorations such as, inlays, onlays, crowns and bridges.

DENTAL RESTORATIVE CURABLE COMPOSITION
A dental restorative curable compositions may have a high mechanical strength and excellent water resistance and polishability in the form of a cured product. A dental composite resin may include such compositions. A dental mill blank may include the cured product of such compositions. A dental restorative curable composition may include: a (meth)acrylic acid ester compound (A) having two or more (meth)acryloyloxy groups per molecule; a mono(meth)acrylic acid ester compound (B); an inorganic filler (C) having an average primary particle diameter of 0.01 to 5 μm; and a polymerization initiator (D). The mono(meth)acrylic acid ester compound may include at least one selected from the group consisting of a mono(meth)acrylic acid ester compound (B-1) of formula (I):

DENTAL RESTORATIVE CURABLE COMPOSITION
A dental restorative curable compositions may have a high mechanical strength and excellent water resistance and polishability in the form of a cured product. A dental composite resin may include such compositions. A dental mill blank may include the cured product of such compositions. A dental restorative curable composition may include: a (meth)acrylic acid ester compound (A) having two or more (meth)acryloyloxy groups per molecule; a mono(meth)acrylic acid ester compound (B); an inorganic filler (C) having an average primary particle diameter of 0.01 to 5 μm; and a polymerization initiator (D). The mono(meth)acrylic acid ester compound may include at least one selected from the group consisting of a mono(meth)acrylic acid ester compound (B-1) of formula (I):

THERMOACTIVE DENTAL COMPOSITE COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to dental, light-curable, one-component composite compositions comprising (A) monomers, (B) fillers, and (C) initiators, the viscosity η.sub.20 of which at 20° C. is greater than 400 Pa*s, preferably greater than 800 Pa*s and more preferably greater than 1200 Pa*s, and the viscosity η.sub.50 of which at 50° C. is less than 150 Pa*s, preferably less than 120 Pa*s and more preferably less than 90 Pa*s, and wherein the quotient η.sub.50/.sub.η20 of the viscosity of the composite composition at 50° C. and the viscosity of the composite composition at 20° C. is less than 0.125, preferably less than 0.1. The invention is preferably directed to dental composite compositions selected from the group consisting of dental filling materials, lining materials, luting materials and fissure sealants.
