Sewing machine
Provided is a sewing machine in which a stitching needle and a holding frame holding an article to be sewn are positioned relative to each other based on sewing pattern data defining a plurality of needle drop positions, and sewing is performed in accordance with a sewing pattern. The sewing machine includes: an imager for capturing an image of the holding frame; a position detector for detecting, from the image captured by the imager, the position of an indicator indicating a reference position marked in an object to be imaged; and a corrector which, based on a deviation of a detected position of the indicator detected by the position detector with respect to a regular position defined in advance for the indicator, corrects a plurality of needle drop positions defined in the sewing pattern data.

Sewing machine and pattern alignment method
A sewing machine includes a sewing portion, a movement portion, a processor and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes. The processes include acquiring pattern data indicating positions of a plurality of needle drop points to sew a pattern, acquiring a position of a sewing start point of the pattern, performing first correction, performing second correction that uses the acquired position of the sewing start point as a base point, and corrects the pattern data, by changing, by an acquired change amount, the positions of the plurality of needle drop points represented by the pattern data corrected by the first correction, and controlling the sewing portion and the movement portion and sewing the pattern on the sewing object, in accordance with the pattern data corrected by the second correction.

OPERATION INFORMATION ACQUISITION DEVICE, OPERATION INFORMATION ACQUISITION METHOD, AND OPERATION INFORMATION COLLECTION SYSTEM
The operation information acquisition device includes the external detection device which is provided on the outer side of the main body frame of the sewing machine and detects the state change of the operating member that performs the periodic operation at the same cycle as the up-down movement operation of the sewing needle, the operation information acquisition device acquires operation information based on detection result of the external detection device. The operation information acquisition device can acquire the operation information such as the “number of stitches”, the “operating hours”, the “sewing speed”, and the “number of times of thread cutting”.
Multi-sensor sewing machine with automatic needle speed adjustment
Multi-sensor sewing machine with automatic needle speed adjustment. In some embodiments, a sewing machine may include a frame, a needle bar, a motor, a first sensor configured to emit first electromagnetic radiation at a first frequency in order to sense relative movement of the fabric and the frame, a second sensor configured to emit second electromagnetic radiation at a second frequency, that is different from the first frequency, in order to sense relative movement of the fabric and the frame, and a processor. The processor may be configured to control a speed of the motor, determine a translational relative movement of the fabric and the frame based on the sensed relative movement of the first sensor and/or based on the sensed relative movement of the second sensor, and, in response to the determined translational relative movement, alter the speed of the motor.

COMPUTERIZED NUMERIC CONTROL (CNC) AUTOMATIC SEWING MACHINE
A computerized sewing machine may include a workpiece supporting base, a sewing head, a workpiece moving assembly configured to move the workpiece relative to the sewing head on the workpiece supporting base. The workpiece moving assembly may be configured to drive a translational movement of the workpiece relative to the sewing head and a rotational movement of the workpiece about a longitudinal axis of the sewing head. A controller may be coupled with the workpiece moving assembly. The controller may include a memory to store computerized sewing instructions corresponding to a plurality of sewing patterns, and a processor coupled with the memory that may be configured to read the computerized sewing instructions from the at least one memory and to urge the workpiece moving assembly to move the workpiece relative to the sewing head on the workpiece supporting base in accordance with the computerized sewing instructions.
