Sewing machine and pattern alignment method
A sewing machine includes a sewing portion, a movement portion, a processor and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes. The processes include acquiring pattern data indicating positions of a plurality of needle drop points to sew a pattern, acquiring a position of a sewing start point of the pattern, performing first correction, performing second correction that uses the acquired position of the sewing start point as a base point, and corrects the pattern data, by changing, by an acquired change amount, the positions of the plurality of needle drop points represented by the pattern data corrected by the first correction, and controlling the sewing portion and the movement portion and sewing the pattern on the sewing object, in accordance with the pattern data corrected by the second correction.

THREE-AXIS LINKAGE EMBROIDERY MACHINE FRAME AND EMBROIDERY MACHINE
The present application provides a three-axis linkage embroidery machine frame and an embroidery machine. The three-axis linkage embroidery machine frame includes a supporting frame, an X-axis driving mechanism, a Y-axis driving mechanism and a Z-axis driving mechanism. The X-axis driving mechanism is arranged on the supporting frame, the Y-axis driving mechanism is respectively coupled with the X-axis driving mechanism and the Z-axis driving mechanism. The advantageous effect of the present application is that, through the linkage of the X-axis driving mechanism, the Y-axis driving mechanism and the Z-axis driving mechanism, not only can the embroidery product be driven to move in the directions of the X-axis and the Y-axis, but also the embroidery product can be driven to rotate 360°, so that it is possible to avoid that the embroidery direction is the same as the thread taking direction of the rotating shuttle when embroidering.
ACCESSORY FOR SEWING MACHINE AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
An exemplary embroidery accessory for a sewing machine includes a spool, a support, and a mechanism for rotating the support. The spool receives a length of embroidery material and dispenses the material as it rotates about a first axis of rotation. The support is rotatably attached to both the attachment portion and to the spool. The support includes a sewing guide with an opening for a needle of the sewing machine and a dispensing guide near the spool for guiding the embroidery material from the spool to the sewing guide. The mechanism rotates the support about a second axis of rotation that is parallel to the first axis of rotation.
MULTI-NEEDLE SEWING MACHINE
A multi-needle sewing machine includes a plurality of needle bars, a needle plate, a needle bar case, a needle bar drive mechanism, a needle bar case movement mechanism, a mounting portion, a frame movement mechanism, a processor, and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes. The processes include identification processing of identifying a position of the needle bar case in the arrangement direction, in accordance with detection of a retraction command causing the mounting portion to be moved to a retracted position, setting processing of setting the retracted position of the mounting portion on the basis of the identified position of the needle bar case in the arrangement direction, and movement processing of controlling the frame movement mechanism to move the mounting portion to the set retracted position.
Sewing template device and system
A sewing template system and/or device may include a frame base configured to rest on a workpiece support frame. A first and second extension may each be coupled to a frame base. The first extension and second extension may be separated from each other and parallel to each other. A rail retainer may be coupled to each extension and configured to rest on the workpiece support frame. A frame top may be coupled to the extensions. A frame aperture may be formed by the frame base, first extension, second extension, and frame top. A guide may extend across the frame aperture between the first extension and the second extension, and the guide may be supported above the workpiece by the first extension and the second extension. A template, having guide surface(s) that is configured to guide the movement of a sewing machine foot, may be removably coupled to the guide.
Embroidery frame transport device and embroidery frame
An embroidery frame transport device includes a carriage, a guide portion, a rotation shaft, and a lock release lever including a first restricting portion and a contact portion. The lock release lever is configured to rotate to a first position and a second position around the rotation shaft. The first restricting portion contacts the coupling portion to restrict an embroidery frame from moving in a removing direction by moving to the first position when the embroidery frame is moved in a mounting direction in a process of mounting the coupling portion on the carriage. The contact portion contacts the coupling portion and presses the embroidery frame in the removing direction as a result of the lock release lever moving to a third position when the lock release lever is rotated in a releasing direction while the coupling portion is mounted on the carriage.
