DECORATION PATTERN DATA GENERATING APPARATUS, SEWING MACHINE, AND NON-TRANSITORY RECORDING MEDIUM
A decoration pattern data generating apparatus includes: a controller, the controller being configured to control the decoration pattern data generating apparatus to select an embroidery pattern to be sewn, specify an outline of the embroidery pattern, based on embroidery pattern data for sewing the selected embroidery pattern; set an area outside the specified outline, as a decoration area; and generate decoration pattern data for sewing a decoration pattern in the set decoration area.
NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM AND SEWING DATA GENERATION DEVICE
A non-transitory computer-readable medium stores computer-readable instructions. The instructions, when executed, cause a processor of a sewing data generation device configured to generate sewing data to perform processes. The processes include acquiring pattern data to sew an embroidery pattern. The processes further include setting an outline having an offset portion and a complementary portion on the basis of the pattern data. The outline is a single line surrounding the outside of a contour of the embroidery pattern. The offset portion is a part of the single line and is offset from the contour toward the outside of the embroidery pattern by a predetermined amount. The complementary portion is another part of the single line and being offset from the contour toward the outside of the embroidery pattern by an amount larger than the predetermined amount. The processes also include generating sewing data to sew the outline.
SEWING MACHINE AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A sewing machine acquires a selected pattern that is selected from among a plurality of embroidery patterns. The sewing machine displays a pattern image representing the selected pattern. The sewing machine identifies a specified position indicated by the instruction. The sewing machine determines, when the selected pattern is acquired a plurality of times, whether one of a plurality of the pattern images is displayed at the identified specified position. When it is determined that the pattern image is displayed at the identified specified position, the sewing machine identifies the selected pattern for which the pattern image is displayed at the specified position as the editing target. When it is not determined that the pattern image is displayed at the identified specified position, the sewing machine identifies the selected pattern for which a mask region encompassing the selected pattern is set at the specified position as the editing target.
Textile patch attachment
Systems and methods relate generally to textile patch attachment to a textile material. In an example, a method relating generally to textile patch attachment to a textile material is disclosed. In such a method, design and coloring of a textile patch and the textile material is detected. This detection includes: capturing images of the textile patch and the textile material with a camera; sending the images to a programmed computer system in communication with the camera for image processing; determining thickness and colors of the textile patch and the textile material from the image processing of the images; and determining position of the textile patch relative to a pattern of the textile material from the image processing of the images. After the detecting, data obtained from the detecting is displayed on a display screen of the programmed computer system.
SEWING MACHINE
A sewing machine determines a pattern from multiple patterns, as a first pattern. The sewing machine generates a projection image including a first image representing a sewing image of the first pattern in a sewing expected size thereof. The sewing machine projects the generated projection image onto a projection area. The sewing machine sews the first pattern on a workpiece in the sewing expected size based on pattern data for the first pattern.
Creel with integrated yarn delivery and control system
A communication system is provided for a yarn creel with sensors and displays located throughout the array of yarn positions and communicating with a creel controller to facilitate transfer and display of thread-up information and analysis of operational data.
SEWING MACHINE
A controller of a sewing machine acquires sewing data for forming a utility pattern continuously in a first direction, acquires a condition for sewing a tapering pattern including a tapering portion, generates a projection image representing the tapering pattern based on the sewing data and the condition, controls a needle bar, a feed dog, and an actuator in accordance with the sewing data to sew the utility pattern continuously in the first direction, after starting sewing of the utility pattern, controls a projector to project the projection image at a planned sewing position of the tapering pattern in a planned sewing size, and performs a tapering pattern sewing operation of, after starting projection of the projection image, controlling the needle bar, the feed dog, and the actuator in accordance with the sewing data and the condition to sew the tapering pattern that is continuous with the utility pattern.
DELIVER DEVICE FOR DELIVERING YARNS, METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE TENSION OF YARNS AND USE OF CONTROL MEANS FOR CONTROLLING ACTUATORS FOR DELIVERING YARNS
A deliver device (1) with actuators (3) for delivering yarns (2) in a textile machine, control means (4) for controlling the actuators (3) which comprise measuring means with measurement signals as a measure of the drive torque of the actuators (3) and monitoring means (5) for monitoring the tension of the yarns (2) using said measurement signals, a method for monitoring the tension of yarns (2) which are delivered in a textile machine by means of actuators (3), comprising producing measurement signals as a measure of the drive torque of the actuators (3) as a measure of the tension, the use of control means (4) for controlling actuators (3) for delivering yarns (2) in a textile machine in order to monitor the tension of the yarns (2).
Sewing error management device, sewing error management system, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing sewing error management program
A sewing error management device includes a display portion, a processor, and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to acquire an error image obtained by drawing an occurrence position of an error on a sewing pattern. The acquiring the error image is based on coordinates representing a formation position of a sewing stitch being sewn at a time point when the error occurs in sewing of the sewing pattern formed by a plurality of sewing stitches. The acquiring the error image is also based on an image showing a shape of the sewing pattern. And the computer-readable instructions further instruct the processor to display the acquired error image on the display portion.
Swiveling tablet mount
The present invention relates to a quilting machine, or stitcher, further including a centrally located swiveling tablet mount for securing a tablet that is used in the quilting process. The mount is positioned such that a user may access the mount from either side of, or the rear or front of the stitcher. The mount is one capable of swiveling so that the user does not have to move the tablet between front and rear mounts of the stitcher or buy separate tablets for a front and rear mount.
