TWO-PASTE DENTAL CURABLE COMPOSITION
The present invention provides a two-paste dental curable composition achieving clinically acceptable bond durability to dental adherends including dental glass ceramic restorations (particularly lithium disilicate-containing glass ceramic restorations) without using conventionally used primers. The present invention relates to a two-paste dental curable composition comprising: a first agent comprising a polymerizable monomer (a) having an acid group, a polymerizable monomer (b) having no acid group, a polymerization initiator (c), and a filler (d); and a second agent comprising a polymerizable monomer (b) having no acid group, at least one filler (e) selected from the group consisting of a basic glass filler and alumina, a polymerization accelerator (f), and a silane coupling agent (g) represented by the following general formula [I]:

Dental glass powder
In one aspect of the present invention, a dental glass powder contains zinc, silicon, and fluorine and does not substantially contain aluminum.
Dental glass powder
In one aspect of the present invention, a dental glass powder contains zinc, silicon, and fluorine and does not substantially contain aluminum.
CURABLE COMPOSITION
Provided is a curable composition comprising a polymerizable monomer (A); spherical particles (B) having an average primary-particle diameter in a range of 230 nm to 1,000 nm; and a polymerization initiator (C), in which 90% or more of individual particles constituting the spherical particles (B) lies in a range of 5% based on the average primary-particle diameter, and the refractive index of the spherical particles (B) is larger than the refractive index of a polymer of the polymerizable monomer (A). When a 1 mm-thick cured product is formed from the curable composition and the Y value (Yb) of the colored light of the cured product on a black background and the Y value (Yw) of the colored light of the cured product on a white background are each measured using a color difference meter, the ratio therebetween, Yb/Yw, being within a range of 0.2 to 0.5.
DENTAL COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a dental composition including cement and a non-aqueous liquid, wherein the cement includes a first domain including alite, a second domain including belite, and a matrix located between one or more selected from the group consisting of the first domain and the second domain and configured to include silicon (Si)-atom-doped tricalcium aluminate (3CaO.Al.sub.2O.sub.3). A dental hydraulic composition according to the present invention is a single ointment-type composition, and is thus easy to use and exhibits a good aesthetic appearance, high curability and high biocompatibility.
Affixing an artificial element to a surface of dentine, enamel, bone, or a corresponding substitute material
A medical method of affixing an element to a surface of dentine, tooth enamel, bone tissue, or corresponding substitute material. The method includes the steps of: providing an attachment composition, the attachment composition having a mixture of: a thermoplastic component; and a hardenable (for example curable) component. The hardenable component is different from the thermoplastic component. The method further includes the steps of: positioning the attachment composition relative to the surface of dentine, tooth enamel, bone tissue, or corresponding substitute material; and activating the attachment composition to attach to the surface or to attach to the element positioned relative to the surface. The step of activating the attachment composition includes activating the attachment composition by means of mechanical vibration.
Dental cement
An aspect of the present invention relates to a dental cement that includes a first agent including an organic peroxide and a (meth)acrylate; and a second agent including a thiourea derivative, an ascorbate, a vanadium compound, and a (meth)acrylate, where the first agent and the second agent each have a water content that is less than or equal to 1 mass %.
Dental prosthesis system, for the use with at least two dental implants
A dental prosthesis system, for the use with at least two dental implants, wherein the dental prosthesis is divided in a first prosthetic part and a second prosthetic part, jointed by a prosthetic screw, and wherein the first prosthetic part is connected to the dental implants through at least two connectors, and such dental prosthesis has an engaging and guidance system, including two female elements, disposed on the top of the first prosthetic part, and two corresponding male elements, disposed on the bottom of the second prosthetic part, whereby the connection between the two female elements and the two male elements is releasable.
