LAUNDRY TREATING APPARATUS
A laundry treating apparatus having a tub configured to store water, a drum rotatably disposed inside the tub and configured to store laundry therein and a connector connecting the drum to a rotary shaft of a motor for transferring a rotation power to the drum. The connector includes a body hub fixed to the drum and coupled to the rotary shaft, and a body arm fixed to the drum and extending from the body hub in a direction away from the body hub. The body arm has holes penetrating the body arm and allowing water to pass therethrough.
LAUNDRY TREATING APPARATUS
A laundry treating apparatus having a tub configured to store water, a drum rotatably disposed inside the tub and configured to store laundry therein, and a connector connecting the drum to a rotary shaft of a motor for transferring a rotation power to the drum. The connector includes a body hub fixed to the drum and coupled to the rotary shaft, and a body arm fixed to the drum and extending from the body hub in a direction away from the body hub. The body arm includes paths allowing water to pass therethrough, the paths extend in a curved manner or a bent manner inside the body arm.
Tub for washing machine and washing machine having the same
A tub of a washing machine includes: a first case and a second case welded to each other; a first coupling surface formed along a circumference of the first case facing the second case; a second coupling surface formed along a circumference of the second case facing the first case and bonded to the first coupling surface; and a coupling protrusion that protrudes along the first coupling surface and includes a protruding end portion welded to the second coupling surface. The coupling protrusion includes: a main coupling protrusion protruding along the first coupling surface; and an auxiliary coupling protrusion protruding along the first coupling surface and outwardly spaced apart from the main coupling protrusion. Further, an opening for communicating a space between the auxiliary coupling protrusion and the main coupling protrusion to an outside of the tub is defined in a bottom of the tub.
Tub for washing machine and washing machine having the same
A washing machine includes a tub and a drum. The tub includes a first case and a second case welded to each other; a first coupling surface extending along a circumference of the first case and facing the second case; a second coupling surface extending along a circumference of the second case and coupled to the first coupling surface; and a coupling protrusion that protrudes from the first coupling surface toward the second coupling surface and that includes a protruding end portion welded to the second coupling surface. The coupling protrusion includes: a main coupling protrusion that extends along the first coupling surface; and an auxiliary coupling protrusion that is disposed radially outward of the main coupling protrusion and spaced apart from the main coupling protrusion and that defines a discharge opening configured to discharge washing water entered between the main coupling protrusion and the auxiliary coupling protrusion.
Tub with bearing housing insert for a laundry washing machine
A wash tub apparatus and method of manufacturing the wash tub for a laundry washing machine. The wash tub may include a bearing housing shell and a bearing housing insert. The bearing housing insert may include at least one bearing. The bearing housing shell may be overmolded with a plastic portion of the cylindrical tub.
DUAL-DRUM WASHING MACHINE
A double-drum washing machine comprises a first outer drum and a second outer drum which are respectively provided with a drum inside, wherein the second outer drum is provided with a connecting part which protrudes out of a surface of the second outer drum and which is molded integrally, the connecting part extends towards the first outer drum along a radial direction from the surface of the second outer drum, and an end part of the connecting part is in detachable connection with the first outer drum. Double drums of the double-drum washing machine are connected to be almost integrated, therefore, auxiliary fixed parts are reduced, and the connection between double drums is more stable, reliable and more compact, the vibration of the double-drum washing machine is effectively reduced during operation, the noise pollution of the double-drum washing machine is reduced, and additional counterweight is not required.
Clothes treating apparatus
The present invention relates to a clothes treating apparatus comprising: a housing; a tub which is provided in the housing and stores water; a drum which is provided in the tub and stores laundry; a driving unit which is provided on the external bottom surface of the tub and rotates the drum; a heater which heats the water stored in the tub; and a receiving part which is downwardly recessed from the bottom surface of the tub so that the heater is received therein, and which has one portion thereof protruding from the outer circumference to the radial direction of the bottom surface of the tub.
Tub for a washing machine appliance
A tub assembly for a washing machine appliance includes a tub and a wash basket rotatably mounted within the tub. The tub defines a central axis extending along an axial direction, a radial direction perpendicular to the central axis, and a circumferential direction extending around the central axis. The tub comprises a first material. The wash basket defines a wash chamber for receiving articles for washing. A reinforcement band encircles the tub generally along the circumferential direction. The reinforcement band comprises a second material having a greater strength than the first material of the tub.
