LAUNDRY TREATING APPARATUS
A laundry treating apparatus includes a main body and a washing tub. The main body and the washing tub are coupled to each other through a suspension assembly. The suspension assembly includes a support rod, an elastic member, and a damper. The support rod is formed in a rod shape, and one end of the support rod is coupled to the main body. The elastic member is arranged about the support rod to surround the support rod. The damper is supported on the elastic member, and is configured to move along the longitudinal direction of the support rod. In addition, the damper is coupled to an outer circumference of the support rod, and forms a compartment, which is an empty space surrounding the support rod. The compartment is provided with a friction member.

A laundry treating apparatus includes a main body, a washing tub, and a suspension assembly. The suspension assembly includes a support rod, an elastic member, and a damper. The damper includes a cap, a housing, and a friction member. The friction member is disposed in both the cap and the housing, and is configured to press the support rod through the coupling of the female coupling portion and the male coupling portion.

A suspension array includes a support rod, an elastic member wound around the support rod, a housing supported by the elastic member and including a compartment surrounding the support rod, the support rod being coupled to the housing while penetrating the housing in the longitudinal direction, a friction member installed inside the housing to cause friction with the support rod when the friction member in the compartment is displaced, and a cap penetrated in the longitudinal direction by the support rod and coupled with the housing to cover the compartment, wherein the support rod penetrates the cap along the longitudinal direction and wherein the housing includes one or more first holes configured to discharge, to the outside, condensate generated in an inner space defined by the coupling between the cap and the housing.
WASHING MACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a laundry washing machine, comprising a rotatable drum (3), a suspension arrangement (29, 31) carrying the drum in relation to a base structure (7) located under the washing machine on which the washing machine rests, and a load sensing device (9), configured to sense the load of the drum (3). A first structural element (11) extends in a first plane and is connected to either of the drum and the suspension arrangement, and a second structural element (13) extends in a second plane, parallel with the first plane, and is connected to the other of the drum and the suspension arrangement. The load sensing device is attached to the second structural element on a surface thereof facing away from the first structural element and is connected to the first structural element. This allows for a compact load sensing arrangement.
LAUNDRY TREATING APPLIANCE WITH TUNED SUSPENSION SYSTEM
An apparatus and method for reducing displacement of a washing machine having a drum rotatable about an axis of rotation is disclosed. The washing machine comprises a chassis and a motor for rotation a drum. The drum is suspended from the chassis by a suspension. The suspension can comprise springs having six natural frequencies that can resonate at a rotational speed of the drum driven by the motor. The suspension system can be tuned such that resonant frequencies can be varied based upon rotational speed of the drum.
WASHING MACHINE
A washing machine includes an inner barrel and an outer barrel which are arranged in a washing machine shell. A suspension damping piece and a support damping piece are both connected between the washing machine shell and the outer barrel. The suspension damping piece suspends the outer barrel in the washing machine shell and the support damping piece supports the outer barrel. The support damping piece and the suspension damping piece work together to reduce the shaking of the inner barrel and the outer barrel. The washing machine includes various kinds of damping pieces which are installed to realize mutual coordination and cooperative shock absorption, so that the vibration of the washing machine in all directions can be reduced. Also, the probability that the barrel assembly hits the washing machine shell in the washing process can be greatly reduced.
WASHING MACHINE APPLIANCE WITH DOVETAIL FOAM DAMPING ASSEMBLY
A dampening suspension assembly for a washing machine appliance is provided. The washing machine appliance has a cabinet and a tub mounted within the cabinet. The dampening suspension assembly includes a suspension rod extending between the tub and the cabinet. The dampening suspension assembly also includes a foam damper assembly circumferentially surrounding a portion of the suspension rod. The foam damper assembly includes a capsule, a first foam friction element disposed in a first trough of the capsule, and a second foam friction element disposed in a second trough of the capsule radially opposite the first foam friction element. The first foam friction element is compressed between opposing sidewalls of the first trough and is compressed against the suspension rod. The second foam friction element is compressed between opposing sidewalls of the second trough and is compressed against the suspension rod.
WASHING MACHINE
A washing machine includes a cabinet; a tub disposed in the inside of the cabinet; at least one suspension apparatus configured to reduce vibrations of the tub, and to connect the tub to the cabinet such that the tub is supported on the cabinet; and a position guide apparatus having one end connected to the at least one suspension apparatus, and the other end connected to the tub, and configured to limit a movement range in horizontal direction of the tub.

A fully automatic washing machine includes: a washing tub configured to enter into or exit from an outer casing through an entrance on a front surface; a holding plate disposed below the washing tub, and configured to support the washing tub via a hanger bracket; a door portion fixed to the holding plate in front of the washing tub, and configured to block the entrance; a sliding guiding rail disposed between the holding plate and the outer casing to linearly move the holding plate together with the washing tub and the door portion in a front-rear direction; and a connecter for connecting the hanger bracket with the holding plate. The connecter includes a vibration isolating device configured to prevent vibrations of the washing tub in the front-rear direction from being transferred to the holding plate via the hanger bracket.
