Washing machine
A washing machine including a first tub accommodated in a housing and formed by assembling a first member disposed in the front portion with a second member disposed in the rear portion; a second tub disposed above the first tub, a drum rotatably disposed in the inside of the second tub; and a driving shaft connected to the drum, configured to transfer a driving force to the drum and located further behind than an engaged portion of the first member and the second member of the first tub.
WASHING MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A washing machine includes a drum accommodating laundry, a motor configured to rotate the drum, a speed sensor configured to detect a rotational speed of the drum, and a processor. The processor configured to: determine a mass of the laundry corresponding to each of a first acceleration section and a second acceleration section based on the rotational speed detected by the speed sensor, and control the motor such that an absolute value of the rotational speed at a start time of the first acceleration section is substantially the same as an absolute value of a rotational speed at a start time of the second acceleration section. A rotational direction of the drum corresponding to the rotational speed at the start time of the first acceleration section is opposite to a rotational direction of the drum corresponding to the rotational speed at the start time of the second acceleration section.

WASHING MACHINE
The present invention relates to a washing machine comprising an outer tub containing water, and an inner tub disposed in the outer tub to accommodate laundry and rotated about a horizontal axis. The washing machine includes: a motor for providing rotational force; an outer shaft that has a first hollow, and rotates the inner tub; an inner shaft disposed in the first hollow and rotated by the motor; a pulsator disposed in the inner tub and coupled with the inner shaft; a planetary gear train for transmitting rotational force of the motor; a carrier mover which has an outer circumferential surface that is spline-coupled to an inner circumferential surface of the outer shaft, and an inner circumferential surface that is screwed with an outer circumferential surface of the clutch carrier; and a stopper restricting movement of the carrier mover, thereby achieving various washing modes with a simple mechanism by rotating the inner tub and the pulsator.

WASHING MACHINE
A washing machine is provided. The washing machine includes: a washing drum which is rotatable and intersects with an up-down direction; a rotating part having a plurality of concave parts arranged in a rotating direction of the washing drum, and the rotating part is connected with the washing drum so that the rotating part rotates integrally with the washing drum; and a locking part for locking rotation of the rotating part by fitting in the concave parts. In the washing machine, a nut member is in threaded connection with the threaded shaft and connected to the rotating part so that the nut member moves along the threaded shaft along with rotation of the threaded shaft, thereby causing the rotating part to rotate. A backlash between the locking part fitted in the concave parts and the rotating part is smaller than a backlash between the threaded shaft and the nut member.
Method for operating a washing machine, and washing machine
A washing machine and method for operating a washing machine having a suds container for holding washing liquid, a non-ribbed drum rotatably mounted in the suds container for holding laundry, a motor for driving the drum, and an open or closed loop control device, wherein the method has a step for rearranging the laundry in the drum. The drum is caused to execute a right-left motion by means of the motor so as to cause a rocking motion of the laundry at a rocking frequency, the predetermined rocking amplitude of which is adjusted such that a laundry fall is implemented in which the laundry falls from a first region of the drum into a second region of the drum.
