The composition contains a chemically asymmetric anisotropic powder that forms emulsification particles with a stabilized interface film and various sizes, thereby providing a stabilized W/O emulsification composition having a low-viscosity formulation, which has a significantly lighter feeling of use than existing W/O formulations.
