Ventilation insert
A ventilation insert for textiles, with at least one layer, covered at least partially by an absorption material and having ventilation openings, the openings being at least partially closeable via a liquid by swelling of the absorption material, obtainable by: a) treating a layer having ventilation openings with a mixture, containing a wetting agent, initiator, polymerizable monomer or oligomers, and a cross-linking agent, as a preliminary stage for the absorption material; and b) polymerizing the monomer or oligomer to form the absorption material while forming a bonded connection between the absorption material and the layer. The ventilation insert has a relatively low thickness, a low weight per unit area, and high flexibility permanently and independently of moisture after economical production, via one layer, self-sealingly closing ventilation openings, and containing the absorption material. The absorption material is connected to the layer by bonding, at least in some regions.
SYNTHETIC FIBER PROCESSING AGENT AND SYNTHETIC FIBER
Disclosed is a synthetic fiber treatment agent containing a phenol amine compound and a nonionic surfactant. The phenol amine compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of a compound formed from a phenol derivative, formaldehyde, and a polyamine compound and a compound obtained by reacting a boron-containing compound with a compound formed from a phenol derivative, formaldehyde, and a polyamine compound. The phenol derivative is a phenol in which a hydrocarbon group with a number average molecular weight of not less than 100 and not more than 2000 is modified.
TREATMENT AGENT FOR SHORT FIBERS, AQUEOUS SOLUTION FOR TREATMENT AGENT FOR SHORT FIBERS, TREATMENT METHOD FOR SHORT FIBERS, PRODUCTION METHOD FOR SHORT FIBERS, AND SHORT FIBERS
The present invention addresses the problem of improving friction characteristics, when wet, of fibers to which a treatment agent for short fibers is adhered, and improving the heat resistance of the treatment agent for short fibers. This treatment agent for short fibers does not substantially include a phosphate compound, but does contain the fatty acid (A) below and a non-ionic surfactant. The fatty acid (A) is at least one fatty acid selected from C1-6 fatty acids, C1-6 hydroxy fatty acids, and salts of the aforementioned fatty acids.
SYNTHETIC FIBER PROCESSING AGENT, AND SYNTHETIC FIBER
Disclosed is a synthetic fiber treatment agent containing an amine derivative and a smoothing agent. The amine derivative is a compound in which an alkylene oxide with not less than 2 and not more than 4 carbon atoms is added at a ratio of not less than 1 mole and not more than 30 moles in total to 1 mole of the total of a first amine compound having a hydrocarbon group with not less than 8 and not more than 20 carbon atoms and a second amine compound having a hydrocarbon group with not less than 8 and not more than 20 carbon atoms that differs in the number of carbon atoms from the hydrocarbon group of the first amine compound.
