Flexible intermediate bulk container with induction control
A method, apparatus and system is provided for both (1) decreasing electrostatic discharges to reduce the potential for incendiary discharges caused by electrostatic charges in flexible containers such as flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) and (2) decreasing the induction on isolated conductors nearby the container to reduce the potential for incendiary discharges from the isolated conductors.
TREATMENT AGENT FOR CARBON FIBER PRECURSOR, AND CARBON FIBER PRECURSOR
Disclosed is a carbon fiber precursor treatment agent that contains a smoothing agent (A) and (poly)oxyalkylene derivative (B). The smoothing agent (A) contains an ester compound (A1) of glycerin and a fatty acid containing fatty acid (X). The fatty acid (X) is a fatty acid with 16 to 24 carbon atoms. The proportion of the fatty acid (X), determined by the following mathematical equation, is 50% by mass or more: Proportion of fatty acid (X)=(Total mass of fatty acid with 16 to 24 carbon atoms derived from ester compound (A1) in the carbon fiber precursor treatment agent/Total mass of fatty acid derived from ester compound (A1) in the carbon fiber precursor treatment agent)100.
Odor control composition concentrates
An odor control concentrate composition including a plant derived non-volatile triglyceride that binds and/or neutralizes organic malodor molecules; and a zeolite that binds and/or neutralize organic malodor molecules. The odor control concentrate composition may be diluted and further applied to a textile/textile material. Textiles having the odor control compositions applied thereon and/or treated with the odor control compositions in which the treated textile binds, neutralizes, and/or reduces odor(s) associated with odor molecules for a prolonged period of time (e.g., up to twenty-five (25) wash cycles, for several months, for several years, or any combination thereof).

REPELLENT
A water dispersible repellent containing a modified form of a polyol, wherein the volume abundance ratio of particles having a size of 100 m or more, as measured by laser diffraction scattering, is 25% or less, and the polyol has one cyclic structure or does not have a cyclic structure, the repellent being capable of imparting oil resistance to a base material (for example, fiber or paper).
Coated microfibrous web and method for producing the same
A coated microfibrous web, a method for producing the same, the use thereof as a covering of a radiation protection material, and a radiation protection device are described. The coated microfibrous web contains: (i) a microfibrous web containing one or more polyesters and/or one or more polyamides and/or one or more polyamide-polyester copolymers and having an impregnation composition containing (a) an aromatic dicarboxylic acid, the dicarboxylic groups of which are each esterified with a diol, and/or (b) one or more oligomers, each containing 2 to 10 repeat units consisting of a monoester of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid impregnated with a diol; and (ii) a layer comprising polyurethane which is present only on one side of the microfibrous web.
