ENCAPSULATION COMPOSITIONS
An encapsulation composition is described. The composition comprises a plurality of capsules, each capsule comprising an amphiphilic material encapsulating a pyrethroid. The encapsulated pyrethroid has a release rate less than the release rate of the unencapsulated pyrethroid. Coated fabric products are also described.
Treatment comprising water- and oil-repellent agent
A textile having high fluorine adhesion rate, and excellent water- and oil-repellency can be obtained by a method of producing a treated textile, comprising steps of: (1) preparing a treatment liquid comprising a water- and oil-repellent agent which comprises at least one fluorine-containing compound selected from the group consisting of a fluorine-containing polymer or a fluorine-containing low molecular weight compound, (2) adjusting pH of the treatment liquid to at most 7, (3) applying the treatment liquid to a textile, (4) treating the textile with steam, and (5) washing the textile with water and dehydrating the textile, wherein the treatment liquid comprises a thermally gelling substance.

FLUORINE-CONTAINING COMPOUND
The present disclosure provides a novel fluorine-containing compound which has a moiety derived from a compound (a) that has one or more active hydrogen-containing groups selected from among a hydroxy group, an amino group, a carboxyl group and a thiol group, and a moiety derived from a compound (b) that has R.sup.f1 or R.sup.f2, wherein: R.sup.f1 is CF.sub.3, CF.sub.2H or CFH.sub.2; R.sup.f2 is CF.sub.2 or CFH; and R.sup.f1 and R.sup.f2 are not parts of a fluoroalkyl group having 2 or more carbon atoms.
