Method for Producing a Flame-Resistant Textile Article

Method for making a cellulose-comprising, flame-resistant, textile article comprising multiple flame-retardant treatments. The method comprises: a. providing at least part of the textile article with a non-cellulose-reactive, phosphorous-containing, flame-retardant compound, and b. providing at least part of the textile article with a cellulose-reactive, phosphorous-containing, flame-retardant compound. The method is suitable for producing flame-resistant, textile articles such as flame-resistant garments. Said garments can be used to protect individuals from flames and/or heat.

A flameproofing agent for fibers which has high flameproofness and excellent physical properties (light resistance, heat resistance, texture), a process for manufacturing a flameproof fiber product and a flameproof fiber product. Fabric print medium

A fabric print medium containing a fabric base substrate and a coating composition applied to the fabric base substrate. The coating composition includes a non-halogenated flame retardant agent having phosphorous-containing ingredient and nitrogen-containing ingredient at a 1:1 ratio, a water-soluble polymer binder and a water-soluble high-valence metal complex. Also disclosed are the method for making such fabric print medium and the method for producing printed images using said material.

Fabric print medium

A fabric print medium containing a fabric base substrate and a coating composition applied to the fabric base substrate. The coating composition includes a non-halogenated flame retardant agent having phosphorous-containing ingredient and nitrogen-containing ingredient at a 1:1 ratio, a water-soluble polymer binder and a water-soluble high-valence metal complex. Also disclosed are the method for making such fabric print medium and the method for producing printed images using said material.

A product having ultraviolet radiation protection and antimicrobial protection has a quantity of synthetic material, a quantity of zinc oxide particles with each particle having a surface, the quantity of zinc oxide particles in the range of 0.05 percent to 0.10 percent, and a quantity of a reactive group for modifying each surface of each zinc oxide particle, the quantity of the reactive group for incorporating the quantity of zinc oxide particles into the quantity of synthetic material prior to the quantity of synthetic material being formed into a fiber.

Method for manufacturing fabric

Provided is a method for manufacturing a fabric having excellent stain resistance and flame retardancy. The method of manufacturing a fabric of the present invention includes the steps of (a) immersing a polyester fabric in a treatment liquid containing a first fluorine-based water-and-oil repellent agent to incorporate the treatment liquid thereinto, followed by drying the fabric; (b) coating one surface of the fabric with a coating composition containing a second fluorine-based water-and-oil repellent agent and a flame retardant; and (c) cleaning the fabric having the coating layer formed thereon with hot water of 65 C. to 90 C.
