The present invention relates to a composition which can in particular be used as a soft handle composition in the finishing of textiles, comprising at least one quaternary ammonium silane, an organopolysiloxane compound having a dielectric constant of 2.90-10.0, optionally an emulsifier, water and optionally an organic solvent. The invention further relates to a method for preparing the composition according to the present invention, a use of the composition according to the present invention for finishing a textile, a method for finishing a textile, and a product that is obtained by the method according to the present invention.

An antibacterial textile and a preparation method thereof are provided. The present invention discloses a fiber surface treatment composition, characterized in that the composition is comprised of a silane coupling agent, a polymer and a water repellent agent, wherein the polymer is a copolymer of a polyurethane/acrylic acid polymer, wherein the acrylic polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyacrylic acid, polyacrylates or acrylic acid-acrylic acid ester copolymers. A silicone rubber composition is provided.
