GAS-PERMEABLE HOT-MELT SEALING FILM FOR HEALTHCARE PACKAGING
The present disclosure is to provide a gas permeable hot-melt sealing film for healthcare packaging. The gas permeable hot-melt sealing film includes an polyolefin spunbondeded nonwoven fabric substrate; and a water-based hot-melt adhesive coating layer coated on the substrate including voids, wherein the coating amount of the water-based hot-melt adhesive is in the range of 6 g/m.sup.2 to 35 g/m.sup.2 and the surface void ratio thereof is in the range 0.5% to 6.0%. The gas permeable hot-melt sealing coating film of the present disclosure has sufficient gas permeability, and satisfied seal strength and peelability after sealing around with flexible sheet or blister container.
WATER-BASED HOT-MELT ADHESIVE AND NONWOVEN COATED WITH THE WATER-BASED HOT-MELT ADHESIVE
The present invention is to provide a water-based hot-melt adhesive for healthcare packaging. The water-based hot-melt adhesive includes 20 to 60 weight parts of hydrophilic-modified water-based polyolefin resin; 1 to 30 weight parts of water-based ionomer; 10 to 30 weight parts of wax particles; and 10 to 30 weight parts of tackifier particles. The coating layer formed on the healthcare packaging substrate from the water-based hot-melt adhesive of the present invention has great gas-permeability and weather resistance, and the healthcare packaging substrate with the water-based hot-melt adhesive of the present invention has satisfied seal strength, pealing ability and reliability after sealing with flexible sheet or blister containers at the peripheral edges thereof.
WATER-BASED HOT-MELT ADHESIVE AND WATER-BASED HOT MELT ADHESIVE COATED NON-WOVEN FABRIC
The present disclosure is to provide a water-based hot-melt adhesive for healthcare packaging. The water-based hot-melt adhesive includes: 10 wt % to 35 wt % of a water-based thermoplastic resin; 20 wt % to 45 wt % of wax particles and 40 wt % to 60 wt % of tackifier; wherein the tackifier including emulsion tackifier and particulate tackifier and the total amount of the particles in the water-based hot-melt adhesive is present at 40 wt % to 65 wt % based on the total weight of the water-based hot-melt adhesive. The coating layer formed on the healthcare packaging substrate from the water-based hot-melt adhesive of the present disclosure has great gas-permeability, and satisfied seal strength and peeling ability after sealing around with flexible sheets or blister containers.
MEMBRANOUS BODY
A membranous body includes a super fiber layer configured with super fiber, and resin solvent layers that are in contact with the super fiber layer and formed to interpose the super fiber layer therebetween. The super fiber layer has been subjected to at least one of a deoiling treatment and a hydrophilic treatment.
BARRIER FABRICS WITH DESIRABLE AIR PERMEABILITY
A barrier fabric suitable as a backsheet for an underpad configured for a low air loss bed, in which the barrier fabric comprises a first nonwoven fabric including outermost spunbond layers and two or more fine-fiber containing nonwoven layers. Each of the nonwoven layers being treated with a non-fluorinated barrier coating (NFBC).
LIQUID BARRIER AND AIR-PERMEABLE BACKSHEET
Backsheets having a combination of desirable liquid barrier properties and air permeability are provided. The backsheets include outermost spunbond layers and two or more fine-fiber containing nonwoven layers.
Positively charged filter material with ability for removing charged particles efficiently, and method for producing same
The present invention relates to a positively charged filter material with excellent ability for removing charged particles efficiently, and a method for producing the same, and more specifically to a positively charged filter material having the ability to selectively remove efficiently, in water, negatively charged organic/inorganic particles, heavy metal ions and pathogenic microorganisms, and a method for producing the same.
SEALABLE POLYPROPYLENE FIBC AND FIBC PARTS
Sealable fabric for a flexible intermedia bulk container (FIBC) for receiving bulk material including a woven fabric including polypropylene, a coating including polypropylene and a sealable film including sealable polypropylene, particularly sealable polypropylene resin.
