SYNTHETIC LEATHER
The present invention provides a synthetic leather including at least a base (i), an adhesive layer (ii), and a skin layer (iii). The adhesive layer (ii) is formed of a urethane resin composition including a urethane resin (A) produced using an aromatic polyisocyanate (a1) as a raw material and water (B). The skin layer (iii) is formed of a urethane resin composition including an anionic urethane resin (X) having an anionic group concentration of 0.25 mmol/g or less, water (Y), and an anionic surfactant (Z). The aromatic polyisocyanate (a1) preferably includes toluene diisocyanate. The urethane resin (A) has an aromatic ring concentration of 0.1 to 2.5 mol/kg.
SYNTHETIC LEATHER
The present invention provides a synthetic leather including at least a base material (i), an adhesive layer (ii), and a skin layer (iii), wherein both the adhesive layer (ii) and the skin layer (iii) are formed of a urethane resin composition containing an anionic urethane resin having an anionic group concentration of 0.25 mmol/g or less, water, and an anionic surfactant. Preferably, the anionic surfactant is an alkylsulfosuccinate. The anionic group concentration of the anionic urethane resin is preferably within the range of 0.005 to 0.25 mmol/g and more preferably within the range of 0.01 to 0.2 mmol/g.
SYNTHETIC RESIN SKIN MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A synthetic resin skin material, including a base cloth and a vinyl chloride resin skin layer that is formed on the base cloth and that includes a vinyl chloride resin having a degree of polymerization of 1,600 to 3,000 and includes 3 parts by mass to 20 parts by mass of a silicon-acrylic copolymer with respect to 100 parts by mass of the vinyl chloride resin, and a manufacturing method thereof.
SYNTHETIC LEATHER
The present invention provides a synthetic leather including at least a base material (i), an adhesive layer (ii), and a skin layer (iii), wherein the adhesive layer (ii) is formed of an anionic urethane resin composition containing an anionic urethane resin (S) having an anionic group concentration of 0.25 mmol/g or less, water (T), and an anionic surfactant (U), and the skin layer (iii) is formed of a urethane resin composition containing a urethane resin (A), for which a raw material is reactive silicone (a1) having a functional group that reacts with an isocyanate group, and containing water (B). Preferably, the urethane resin (A) is an anionic urethane resin having an acid value of 20 mgKOH/g or less.
Seat cover for automobile and manufacturing method therefor
Provided are a seat cover for an automobile and a manufacturing method therefor, the seat cover comprising a surface-treated layer, a cover layer, a soft foam layer, and a rear layer and comprising an embossing pattern formed on the top surface, wherein the soft foam layer comprises 15 to 20 foam cells per unit area of 1 mm.sup.2 of the surface thereof.

Provided are a seat cover for an automobile and a manufacturing method therefor, the seat cover comprising a surface-treated layer, a cover layer, a soft foam layer, and a rear layer and comprising an embossing pattern formed on the top surface, wherein the soft foam layer comprises 15 to 20 foam cells per unit area of 1 mm.sup.2 of the surface thereof.
Glove
A glove according to the present invention includes a glove body configured to cover a hand of a wearer. The glove body has an outermost layer including a matrix resin and cellulose particles and constituting an outer surface of the glove. The outermost layer includes the cellulose particles in the range of more than 1 part to 9 parts or less by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the matrix resin. At least some of the cellulose particles are at least partially exposed from the outer surface.
GRAINED ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GRAINED ARTIFICIAL LEATHER
Disclosed is a grain-finished artificial leather including an artificial leather base material, and a grain layer stacked on the artificial leather base material. The artificial leather base material includes a fiber-entangled body including ultrafine fibers having an average fineness of 0.4 dtex or less, an elastic polymer, and fine particles having an average particle size of 10 m or less. The content ratio of the fine particles is 10 to 40 mass %, and the ratio of the elastic polymer to the total amount of the elastic polymer and the fine particles is 20 to 80 mass %. Also, a total of an apparent density of the elastic polymer and an apparent density of the fine particles is 0.23 to 0.55 g/cm.sup.3.
COATING AGENT FOR LEATHER, AND LEATHER ON WHICH COATING BY COATING AGENT IS FORMED
The present invention provides a coating agent for leather, the coating agent containing: in terms of solid content ratio, (I) an aqueous urethane resin; (II) a matting agent; and (III) a silicone acryl graft copolymer resin emulsion in which the weight ratio of a polyorganosiloxane represented by a specified formula relative to acrylic ester units or methacrylic ester units is 50:50 to 90:10, and a leather on which a coating by the coating agent for leather is formed. This coating agent for leather has exceptional wear resistance and anti-fouling properties, and a leather on which a coating by the coating agent is formed can maintain a high-quality external appearance and high wear resistance.

The present invention provides a coating agent for leather, the coating agent containing: in terms of solid content ratio, (I) an aqueous urethane resin; (II) a matting agent; and (III) a silicone acryl graft copolymer resin emulsion in which the weight ratio of a polyorganosiloxane represented by a specified formula relative to acrylic ester units or methacrylic ester units is 50:50 to 90:10, and a leather on which a coating by the coating agent for leather is formed. This coating agent for leather has exceptional wear resistance and anti-fouling properties, and a leather on which a coating by the coating agent is formed can maintain a high-quality external appearance and high wear resistance.
