Polyester Tufted Carpet And Polyester Nonwoven Carpet With Polyester Roll Coating

The present invention relates polyester tufted carpet where the tufts are engaged with a primary polyester backing and where a polyester roll coating is applied to the backside of the primary backing to lock the tufts which therefore avoids the use of a latex adhesive. The present invention also relates to the use of a polyester roll coating applied to the backside of a nonwoven polyester carpet.

COATED SUBSTRATE AND METHOD FOR FORMING COATED SUBSTRATE

A coated substrate is disclosed, including a solvent-sensitive substrate and a polyester coating disposed on the solvent-sensitive substrate, wherein the polyester coating includes a polyester copolymer of a polyol and a polyacid. A method for forming a coated substrate is disclosed including spraying solvated polyester material from a spray nozzle onto a solvent-sensitive substrate and drying the solvated polyester material to form a polyester disposed on the solvent-sensitive substrate, wherein the solvated polyester material and the polyester coating include a polyester copolymer of a polyol and a polyacid.

Weft-knitted spacer fabric and a preparation method thereof, use of the fabric for the preparation of a composite material and a composite material comprising the same

Described herein is a weft-knitted spacer fabric and a preparation method thereof, a polyurethane foam composite material including the fabric, a preparation method of the composite material and its use in shoe materials. The weft-knitted spacer fabric consists of an upper surface layer, intermediate spacer yarns, and a lower surface layer, and the upper surface and the lower surface layer are connected by the tuck of the spacer yarns in the upper surface and the lower surface layer to form a three-dimensional structure in an integrated manner. The different selected tuck needle changes the connecting distance and the number of connections of the tuck, and the thickness of the spacer fabric and the arrangement density of the spacer yarns are changed by the action of the upper and lower surface layers of elastic yarns.

Artificial leather using polyester and manufacturing method therefor

The present invention relates to an artificial leather using polyester, the artificial leather comprising: a base substrate layer made of a polyester fabric; an adhesive layer deposited on one surface of the base substrate layer and made of a polyester copolymer; and a skin film layer deposited on one surface of the adhesive layer and made of a polyetherester-based block copolymer.

Finishing composition for paintable cloth and products obtained

An aqueous finishing composition includes at least one polyglycerol, at least one organic polycarboxylic acid containing at least three carboxyl groups, at least one esterification catalyst, at least one plasticizer, and at least one thickener selected from a group consisting of cellulose derivatives, succinoglycans and xanthans.

A graphene thermostatic fabric includes a fibrous tissue and a graphene thermostatic layer. The fibrous tissue has a first tissue surface, a second tissue surface and an interspace between the first tissue surface and the second tissue surface. The graphene thermostatic layer adheres to the first tissue surface, fills a part of the interspace, and includes at least a hydrophobic resin and nano-graphene sheets dispersed in the hydrophobic resin. A thermal conductivity of the graphene thermostatic layer varies with a change of an ambient temperature, and the thermal conductivity of the graphene thermostatic layer perpendicular to the first tissue surface is less than the thermal conductivity of the graphene thermostatic layer parallel to the first tissue surface. A method of manufacturing the graphene thermostatic fabric is further provided.

Composite material for an airbag cover

A composite material provided in the form of a sheet material includes at least one textile layer as a cover for an airbag. The cover is arranged to form at least one flap with a hinge which includes a hinge region. One side or both sides of the at least one textile layer includes a plastics coating. A melting point of the plastics coating is lower than a melting point of the at least one textile layer. The hinge region is arranged to form at least one single or double fold along the hinge so that the sheet material contacts itself once or twice. In a region of the at least one single or double fold, areas of the plastics coating are arranged to contact each other and, via a prior introduction of heat or a subsequent introduction of heat, are melted onto each other.

STABILIZATION OF FABRIC SURFACES

A textile fabric having improved properties, variously including surface stability, abrasion resistance, resistance to edge fraying, moisture control, and resistance to fluid penetration is created by introducing a polymeric solution or a plurality of low-melting particles suspended in a liquid into the textile fabric while leaving a plurality of surface fibers exposed and maintaining a textile feel on the surface.

Kind of multi-layer artificial leather and a preparation method therefor, an automotive seat and an automobile

An artificial leather includes a resin layer as the surface and a base fabric connected to the resin layer as the substrate. The base fabric comprises at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates. Each monolayer structure is woven with some of the warp yarns and/or weft yarns in such layer or with some of the warp yarns and/or weft yarns in one or more other layers to form a number of connecting points, such that at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates are connected with each other in the weaving process, forming a multi-layer integrated base fabric. The artificial leather incorporates a number of air vent holes distributed in the resin layer and the base fabric in the direction of thickness while retaining mechanical properties of tensile strength and tear resistance.
