The oral pharmaceutical solution presents excellent physicochemical stability, even under alkaline conditions.

The present invention relates to a cannabinoid containing oral solution. Preferably the cannabinoid is cannabidiol (CBD), cannabidivarin (CBDV) or cannabidiol-C4 (CBD-C4).
