ANHYDROUS DYEING SYSTEM FOR YARN
There is provided an anhydrous dyeing system for yarn, including: a transfer printer which repeatedly sprays dye ink on a surface of a transfer sheet a plurality of times to laminate and apply ink layers; a dyeing jig which is in a drum form having a plurality of microholes formed in an outer circumferential surface thereof to penetrate inside and outside; a process chamber into which the dyeing jig is put; a heating member for heating the yarn wound on the dyeing jig, by supplying heat to the inside of the process chamber; and a vacuum-generating member which is in communication with an internal space of the dyeing jig and vacuum-evacuates the air in the internal space of the dyeing jig to thereby form a vacuum pressure inside the dyeing jig.
COLORED DISPERSION, RECORDING MEDIUM, AND TEXTILE PRINTING METHOD FOR HYDROPHOBIC FIBERS
A colored dispersion that contains (A) C.I. Disperse Orange 25, (B) a specific dye such as C.I. Disperse Orange 49, 62, 71, 73, or 148, and water. When the total (A) C.I. Disperse Orange 25 and (B) specific dye content of the colored dispersion is 100 parts by mass, the (B) specific dye content of the colored dispersion is less than 20 parts by mass. A recording medium to which the colored dispersion has been adhered and a textile printing method for hydrophobic fibers that uses the colored dispersion.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING COLORED EMBROIDERY PATTERN
Disclosed is a method for producing an embroidery pattern through stitching to a substrate, particularly a method for producing a colored embroidery pattern having color disposition corresponding to a complex shape or stitches, simply and at low cost. The method includes: forming an embroidery base pattern to a substrate by use of single-color embroidery thread; printing a transfer image on an intermediate recording medium having a total light transmittance Tt of 60% or higher by use of a sublimable disperse dye, the transfer image being used for dyeing the embroidery thread of the embroidery base pattern; superposing the transfer image on the embroidery base pattern, while the intermediate recording medium is positioned from the backside of a printed surface of the recording medium; and heat-pressing the intermediate recording medium from the backside of the recording medium, to thereby dye the embroidery thread of the embroidery base pattern.
THERMAL INKJET DYE SUBLIMATION INK
An example thermal inkjet dye sublimation ink consists of a disperse dye colorant dispersion, glycerol, 1,2-hexanediol, optionally a water soluble or water miscible organic solvent, optionally an additive, and a balance of water. The disperse dye colorant dispersion is present in an amount ranging from about 1 wt % actives to about 7 wt % actives based on a total weight of the ink. Glycerol is present in an amount ranging from about 5 wt % to about 30 wt % based on the total weight of the ink. 1,2-hexanediol is present in an amount ranging from about 2 wt % to about 25 wt %, and the optional water soluble or water miscible organic solvent present in an amount up to about 7 wt %, each based on the total weight of the ink. The optional additive is selected from the group consisting of a surfactant, a chelating agent, a buffer, a biocide, and combinations thereof.
BLACK INK COMPOSITION FOR INKJET PRINTING, AND METHOD FOR PRINTING ON HYDROPHOBIC FIBERS
