Mobile device elastomeric support strap with visibly identifiable expandable logo imprints
10982386 · 2021-04-20 · ·

A method for infiltrating a substance into a heterogeneous solid of a material of an elastomeric strap to form a logo that includes providing a permeating substance and a heterogeneous solid of the elastomeric strap. The heterogeneous solid comprises a first region, a second region, and an interface region interposed between the first region and the second region. The method also includes applying an energy to the heterogeneous solid with the energy of an amount sufficient to render the interface region temporarily permeable; applying a driving force configured to infiltrate the permeating substance into the interface region to form the logo; and, modifying the application of the energy, thereby rendering the interface region impermeable and causing a portion of the permeating substance to disperse into the first region.

FABRIC PRINTABLE MEDIUM

A fabric printable medium includes a fabric base substrate, which includes yarn strands and voids among the yarn strands. The fabric printable medium further includes a finishing coating attached to the yarn strands of the fabric base substrate to form coated yarn strands. The finishing coating includes a first and a second crosslinked polymeric network. The fabric printable medium has pore spaces among the coated yarn strands that coincide with at least some of the voids of the fabric base substrate.

ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY PROCESSING METHOD FOR DYEING DENIM FABRIC WITH ZERO DISCHARGE
20210040685 · 2021-02-11 ·

The present invention relates to the field of denim fabric processing, specifically to an environmentally-friendly processing method for dyeing denim fabric with zero discharge. The method includes: step 1, a treatment of white warp yarns; step 2, a primary drying operation; step 3, a coating spray-dyeing operation; step 4, a secondary drying operation; step 5, a sizing operation; step 6, a ternary drying operation; and step 7, a doffing operation. In the present application, as warp yarns are dyed using the coating spray-dyeing technology, highly corrosive auxiliaries such as sodium hydrosulfite and sodium sulfide are not needed in the dyeing process, and the dyed warp yarns are not required to be treated in a washing tank, so that zero effluent discharge is achieved.

Scouring Process for Ring Dyed Denim Fabric and Material Produced Thereof

Ring dyeing of yarn with indigo dye to produce an improved white core, An outer surface of the yarn is scoured prior to applying the indigo dye, and then applying the indigo dye is applied. Scouring parameters of the dyeing are used to limit a penetration of the indigo into the white core, so that the white core has mostly sections of white yarn, and the yarn has indigo dye on the outer surface, said parameters comprising limiting scouring parameters to at least 10% below current parameters used to scour the yarn.

PROCESSES AND INSTALLATIONS FOR DYEING SYNTHETIC FIBERS AND DYED FIBERS AND FABRICS CONTAINING SAID DYED FIBERS

A method for dyeing, such as vat dyeing, or coating synthetic fibers, such as polyester fibers and/or polyamide fibers, or yarns or fabrics including these fibers can include providing a powdered dye or a powdered precursor dye (powdered leuko dye), or providing an aqueous dye formulation or an aqueous precursor dye formulation (an alkaline aqueous leuko dye formulation). An aqueous system including a lipase enzyme can be provided. The fibers/yarn/fabric can be pretreated with the aqueous system, and the pretreated fibers/yarn/fabric can be coated or dyed with the powdered dye or powdered precursor dye, or with the aqueous dye formulation or aqueous precursor dye formulation.

DYEING SYSTEM

A dyeing system includes a conveyance device, a reader, a dye fixing device, and a controller. The conveyance device conveys a conveyance unit including the resin body. The reader reads information relating to the conveyance unit. The dye fixing device heats the resin body in the conveyance unit conveyed by the conveyance device and fixes a dye adhering to a surface of the resin body, on the resin body. The controller acquires a parameter for a process executed to the resin body in the conveyance unit, based on the information read by the reader. The controller controls the dye fixing device based on the acquired parameter.

METHODS OF PRECONDITIONING FABRIC PRIOR TO INKJET PRINTING
20210032810 · 2021-02-04 ·

Provided herein are processes and methods of preconditioning a fabric prior to the application of graphics using, for example, inkjet printing. The preconditioning may comprise one or more of the following: (1) applying a preconditioning formulation to all or a portion of the textile; (2) heating or drying the textile at an elevated temperature; and/or (3) exposing the textile to an inert gas or vacuum in order to remove excess unreacted dye material and/or making the dyes immobile or non-diffusive. Further the print will have less or no staining after printing and curing the fabric.

THERMAL TRANSFER METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FABRICS AND RELATED FABRICS AND ITEMS
20240003082 · 2024-01-04 ·

A thermal transfer method for fabrics is disclosed, comprising the following steps: 1) modifying a fabric with a modifier; 2) attaching a heat transfer paper having a pattern to a modified fabric, and then performing a thermal pressure treatment. The thermal transfer method for fabrics as disclosed herein has simple steps, low cost, and readily available raw materials of the modifier, and is suitable for large-scale production. The fabric prepared by the thermal transfer method has complete pattern, bright color, uniform coloring, good color fastness, washing resistance, soft material and a good feeling on the skin.

PRE-TREATMENT OF FIBERS FOR PRINTING

Apparatus and method for pre-treatment of synthetic fabrics, for example brushed polyester fabric, prior to printing to prevent fibrillation effects of the fabric on the print quality. The apparatus comprises a printing pre-treatment location where fabric is treated prior to printing and a heat source applying heat to a predefined printing area on the fabric at the printing pre-treatment location. The heat applied is sufficient to fuse outwardly extending fibers of the fabric back into the fabric using thermoplastic deformation, thereby to produce a treated printing area for printing. The apparatus may be online with a printer or may be offline and the heat treatment may optionally be combined with spraying.
