Ink Jet Composition And Ink Jet Recording Method
An ink jet composition of the present disclosure includes water; a polyester resin having sulfo groups; and a colorant, the colorant is contained in particles formed from a material containing the polyester resin, and the particles have an average particle diameter of 100 nm or less and are contained in the ink jet composition at a content rate of 15 percent by mass or more.
INK COMPOSITIONS WITH POLYURETHANE BINDER
The present disclosure describes ink compositions having a polyurethane binder that can be used for textile printing. In one example, an ink composition can include water, an organic co-solvent, a colorant, and a polyurethane binder. The polyurethane binder can include pre-polymer segments that include polymerized monomers of a diisocyanate, a graft diol, a polymeric diol, and an acid-containing diol. The graft diol can include thioglycerol having a polymer sidechain replacing a hydrogen atom on a sulfur atom of the thioglycerol. The polymer sidechain can include a polymerized monomer of an acrylate ester, a methacrylate ester, a styrene, or a combination thereof. The polyurethane binder can also include chain extenders connecting the pre-polymer segments. The chain extenders can include a polymerized sulfonate-containing diamine.
METHOD FOR DECOLORIZING POLYESTER FABRIC
A method for decolorizing a polyester fabric is provided, which includes: providing a dyed polyester fabric, in which a material of the dyed polyester fabric contains a dye and a water repellent; providing a composite solvent, in which the composite solvent includes propylene glycol methyl ether (PM) and acetic acid that are mixed together; and performing an extraction process, which includes using the composite solvent to wet the dyed polyester fabric and remove the dye and the water repellent from the material of the polyester fabric by extraction, so as to obtain a reduced polyester fabric.
METHOD FOR RECYCLING POLYESTER FABRIC
A method for recycling a polyester fabric is provided. The method includes providing a polyester fabric that is dyed and has dye and water repellent attached thereon, providing a composite solvent containing water and acetic acid mixed with each other, performing an extraction operation including infiltrating the polyester fabric with the composite solvent and extracting the dye and the water repellent, and carrying out a liquid state polycondensation reaction on the polyester fabric so that an intrinsic viscosity of the polyester fabric is increased and residual impurities of the polyester fabric are further removed.
Dye Printing Treatment Liquid Composition, Composition Set, Printing Method, And Ink Jet Printing Method
A dye printing treatment liquid composition to be adhered to a cloth, includes: a polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 40° C. or more; a cross-linking agent; and water, and the cloth contains fibers which have hydroxy groups.
Method for dyeing and removing colored impurities
Disclosed herein is a method for dyeing and removing colored impurities, which includes providing a polyester fabric and an adsorption material, spraying a coloring material onto a surface of the polyester fabric to form a colored layer, subjecting the polyester fabric thus dyed to a heating treatment for the colored layer to adhere to the surface of the polyester fabric, attaching or applying the adsorption material onto the colored layer and subsequently heating and/or applying a pressure to the adsorption material so that the adsorption material is coated on the colored layer to adsorb colored impurities therefrom, and removing the adsorption material.
Deep sublimation dyeing of fibrous composites
A textile composite contains a sublayer coated with unactivated solid sublimation dyes and incorporated with the layers of the textile composite or placed between a fabric layer and a backing layer. The sublimation dyes are activated with heat and pressure, and dying or coloring the inner strata of the textile composite.
Fabric Processing Method, Processed Fabric, Textile Printing Method, And Composition Set
A fabric processing method of the present disclosure includes an attaching step of attaching a carboxylic anhydride to a fabric containing cellulose, and an esterification step of esterifying a hydroxyl group of the cellulose, in which, in the esterification step, the carboxylic acid is introduced into the cellulose through an ester bond. A molecular weight of the carboxylic anhydride preferably is 1000 or less.
Method of producing photochromic resin body and method of producing function-adding base body
A method of producing a photochromic resin body includes a first step, a second step and a third step. In the first step, a sublimable photochromic dye having sublimability is applied to a base body so as to obtain a function-adding base body. In the second step, the function-adding base body obtained in the first step is set to face a resin body, the function-adding base body is heated to sublimate the sublimable photochromic dye applied to the function-adding base body, and the sublimable photochromic dye is deposited on the resin body. In the third step, the resin body on which the sublimable photochromic dye is deposited in the second step is heated to fix the sublimable photochromic dye on the resin body.
WHITE INKJET INK
An example of a white inkjet ink includes a non-self-dispersed white pigment; an anionic cellulose; a polymeric binder; and an aqueous vehicle. The anionic cellulose is present in an amount ranging from about 0.01 wt% to about 5 wt% based on a total weight of the white inkjet ink. The white inkjet ink may be used in a textile printing kit.
