Dyeing and Finishing Method for Linen Cotton Textile Fabric with High-shrinkage

A dyeing and finishing method for linen cotton textile fabric with high-shrinkage is described in the present invention, comprises the steps as below: preprocessing, pickling, dyeing and shaping, which can make the fabric with sufficient shrinkage and provide a qualitative sense of linen cotton. Through the above way, in the dyeing and finishing method for linen cotton textile fabric with high-shrinkage provided by the present invention, washing treatment on the fabric by the preprocessing and the pickling before dyeing makes the colorizing more easy and decreases the color difference and colored spot after dyeing, opening the fiber of the fabric and cooling shrinkage during the dyeing process can obtain the unique product style, with a handle more like the linen cotton effect, and a pellet feeling appeared on the cloth cover and the product fabric more like the woven fabric.

PRODUCTION METHOD FOR GARMENT, DYED CLOTH, AND CHEMICAL AGENT
20220228314 · 2022-07-21 ·

[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a method for producing garments that use dyed cloth on which whiteness easily emerges due to heating by irradiation with laser or the like and which can be efficiently decolorized; dyed cloth used in production of decolorized garments; and a chemical agent used in decolorization of dyed cloth. [Solution] This production method for garments is characterized by using a heat treatment to decolorize garments which use dyed cloth containing an alkanolamine. The temperature of the heat treatment is preferably 160-180° C., and the heat treatment is more preferably a laser machining treatment.

A print processing apparatus, a heating device, and a method of performing a printing process. The print processing apparatus includes a heating device including a heater, the heater performing at least one of contactless heating to heat a fabric in a state where the heater is not in contact with the fabric and contact heating to heat the fabric in a state where the heater is in contact with the fabric, and a memory to store a condition table retaining a condition in which whether the contactless heating is to be performed, whether the contact heating is to be performed, an order in which the contactless heating and the contact heating are performed, and a temperature and a length of time in at least one of the contactless heating and the contact heating to be performed are determined for each kind of the fabric.

DYE-SUBLIMATION INKJET PRINTING FOR TEXTILE
20210380829 · 2021-12-09 · ·

Provided herein is an inkjet dye-sublimation ink composition that is formulated to interact with an immobilizing composition such that the ink composition coagulates on the surface of an absorptive substrate, thereby substantially limiting soaking of the ink composition into the substrate. Also provided are a printing process and a printing machine, wherein the ink composition is directly printed on the substrate concomitantly with the immobilizing composition, and thereafter undergo heat-pressing to afford a dye-sublimation transfer of the dye to the substrate, thereby forming an image which is characterized by sharp and well defined edges of the dyed areas.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HIGHLY ELASTIC FABRIC INCLUDING LATENT CRIMPED YARN
20210372009 · 2021-12-02 ·

A method of manufacturing an elastic fabric including a latent crimped yarn according to an embodiment includes forming a raw fabric by knitting the latent crimped yarn and a polyester yarn, reducing the raw fabric, removing oil from the raw fabric, removing wrinkles of the raw fabric, followed by drying, dyeing the raw fabric, and removing wrinkles of the raw fabric, followed by drying to form the elastic fabric. The method can manufacture a highly elastic fabric having excellent recovery and color fastness to washing.
