The tow is detachably entangled in the unevenness on the surface of the power transmission line core.

It refers to the invention of a 6-strand synthetic twisted lariat rope, a product used in Team Roping competitions. It is also used in cattle handling, when it is necessary to immobilize an animal, preserving its sanity and physical integrity, avoiding injuries, friction burns due to impact and/or traction. It is a dynamic, elastic, anti-static rope where the harmful effect of the impact of a sudden stop is practically nil, which follows all the requirements of the Federal Law 10.591/02. First and foremost, the animal welfare is taken into account in Team Roping competitions. The evolution of Team Roping competitions is under constant improvement in Brazil and in the world, to which the present invention brings several benefits.

Some of the embodiments of the disclosed fishing line include, for example, a single strand line, or a braided or plaited line made from multiple threads, strands or yarns. Other embodiments of the disclosed fishing line are degradable over a predetermined timeline. These embodiments are preferred because of the low environmental impact of the disclosed fishing lines.

The invention relates to a device for detecting the discard state of high-strength fiber ropes for various operating conditions, wherein a rope core of the fiber rope is sheathed with a rope sheath which is intended to wear more quickly than the rope core, comprising an optical detection device for detecting the rope surface and/or a load spectrum counter for detecting the load cycles to which the fiber rope is subjected, and on the other hand to a lifting gear such as a crane comprising such a device. According to the invention, there is provided a detection device for detecting the light absorption coefficient and/or the degree of reflection of the rope sheath and an adaptation device for adapting the algorithm, by means of which the discard state is determined, in dependence on the detected light absorption coefficient and/or the detected degree of reflection.
