A METHOD OF PREPARING MULTI-FUNCTIONALIZED CELLULOSE AND USE THEREOF FOR PREPARING MULTI-FUNCTIONALIZED NANOFIBRILLATED CELLULOSE
20250146186 · 2025-05-08 ·

A method of preparing multi-functionalized cellulose, including subjecting cellulose fibers concomitantly, in one-pot in an alkaline reaction medium, to a first functionalization step for grafting a first organic functional group on the cellulose and a second functionalization step for grafting a second organic functional group on the cellulose. The multi-functionalized cellulose fibers thus obtained, and containing at least a carboxyl function, are particularly suitable for being subjected to a nanofibrillation step to prepare multi-functionalized nanofibrillated cellulose.

MELT SPINNING OF BLENDED CELLULOSE ACETATE BUTYRATE FIBERS

Methods of preparing fibers comprising cellulose esters are described. The fibers include bicomponent core-sheath fibers where the core comprises one or more cellulose esters and the sheath comprises a polyolefin prepared by co-extrusion of mixtures comprising a cellulose ester and mixtures comprising a polyolefin, as well as substantially solid body fibers prepared by melt-spinning a mixture comprising one or more cellulose ester and a meltable solvent. Also described are fibers comprising cellulose esters, e.g., the fibers prepared by the disclosed methods, and related articles, such as textiles, clothing, synthetic fibers, and faux fur. The fibers can include colorants (e.g., colorants derived from natural materials) and/or flame retardants.

Preparation method of aerogel fiber and use

A preparation method of an aerogel fiber and use are provided. The preparation method includes: mixing a solvent and a polymer material to form a spinning solution; driving the spinning solution with a high-speed airflow by using a blow spinning technology to form a jet flow, and forming a gel fiber through sol-gel transition; and performing solvent replacement on the gel fiber and then performing drying treatment to prepare the aerogel fiber. The method for preparing the aerogel fiber through blow spinning has no high requirements on a gelation process of an aerogel material, and can achieve the preparation of the aerogel fiber by using this method after the spinning solution meeting rheological conditions is obtained, thereby avoiding the influence of the inadequate gelation process on fiber properties while promoting the production efficiency of the aerogel fiber and greatly simplifying procedures.
