CARBON DIOXIDE BLOCKING SYSTEM
A carbon dioxide blocking system is provided comprising a sheeting material treated with a waterproofing agent such that the carbon dioxide blocking system is fully, or nearly fully, impermeable to liquids and gases. The sheeting material may be a microfiber polyester woven sheeting material and the waterproofing agent may be thermoplastic polyurethane. The sheeting material is treated with the waterproofing agent. The treated material comprises a single layer of fabric. The sheeting material provides a soft upper surface, like a sheet, while the waterproofing agent imparts impermeability to the sheeting material such that the carbon dioxide blocking system may serve as a mattress protector to block liquids and also to block the permeability and retention of carbon dioxide to help prevent carbon dioxide rebreathing.
Automobile cleanable carpet
A carpet or other interior piece for an automobile vehicle includes a non-woven web of needled fibers forming a velvet face layer and a sole. The fibers of the web include at least 50% by mass and preferentially at least 75% by mass of hollow fibers. The velvet density of the web is greater than or equal to 0.04 g/cm.sup.3 and preferentially comprised between 0.04 g/cm.sup.3 and 0.06 g/cm.sup.3. This results in a velvet from which solid wastes are easily cleaned, while limiting the production costs.
Antibacterial breathable fabric and preparation method thereof
The disclosure relates to the technical field of nonwoven fabric manufacturing, in particular to a novel antibacterial breathable fabric and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes following steps: S1, surface hot rolling treatment: performing the surface hot rolling treatment on a fiber mesh layer, where a lower surface of the fiber mesh layer is supported by a flexible belt, and a hot rolling member contacts and hot rolls an upper surface of the fiber mesh layer, so as to prepare the fiber mesh layer with fibers on the upper surface thermally bonded and fibers on the lower surface fluffy; and S2, spunlace processing treatment: performing the spunlace processing treatment on the lower surface of the fiber mesh layer prepared in the S1; and the flexible belt is made of a high-temperature resistant flexible material.
Artificial turf mat and method for manufacturing thereof
An artificial turf mat includes a backing and a plurality of protruding artificial grass blades divided into rows and connected to the backing. The mutual distance between successive blades in a row is substantially equal to the distance between adjacent rows and is at least 10 mm. The backing and the blades may be formed and mutually connected by weaving. A method for forming an artificial turf mat includes supplying a backing material, supplying an artificial turf material, forming a backing from the backing material, and connecting blades of the artificial turf material divided into rows to the backing. The blades may be connected to the backing such that their mutual spacing in a row is substantially equal to the mutual distance between adjacent rows and is at least 10 mm.
Artificial turf mat and method for manufacturing thereof
An artificial turf mat includes a backing and a number of protruding artificial grass blades divided into rows and connected thereto. The mutual distance between successive blades in a row is substantially equal to the distance between adjacent rows and amounts to at least 10 mm. Such an artificial turf mat can be used to form artificial turf fields, for example, on which sports, and in particular ball sports, are played.
Fabric material having cut loop texture, method of manufacturing same and product using same
The present invention provides fabrics with cut loop pile comprising a core yarn of a synthetic multifilament yarn and covering yarn of a split microfiber yarn and a manufacturing method thereof. The core yarn at the section where said loops are cut is outwardly protruded from the covering yarn, wherein the synthetic multifilament core yarn has been separated into multiple filaments to function as hooks. The fabrics with cut loop pile show superior characteristics in polishing properties, sliding properties, water absorption properties, rapid drying properties and feeling of touch since polishing can be performed while easily catching foreign substances such as extremely minute dust particles or human hairs and the like by the hook-shaped multifilaments of the core yarn. Thus the fabrics with cut loop pile according to the present invention can be used usefully in products such as various kind of mats, towels, bathroom products, and the like including dishcloths and mops.
VENTILATED SHOE
A ventilated shoe, including a sole and an upper assembly associated therewith in an upward region, the upper assembly including: an external upper, with which an inner lining is associated which is constituted at least partly by a first element that defines at least one interspace that separates the foot of the user from the external upper and includes preferential passages for sweat that moves away from the foot of the user toward the upper external edge of the shoe; and a breathable insole, joined perimetrically at least to the inner lining.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING TEXTILE PRODUCTS, PRODUCTS OBTAINABLE THEREFROM AND METHOD TO RECLAIM THE PRODUCTS
The present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a laminated textile product comprising providing a first intermediate product comprising a primary backing having a front surface and a back surface, and yarns stitched into the primary backing, the yarns extending from the front surface of the backing material, feeding the intermediate product along a body having a heated surface, the back surface being pressed against the said heated surface, to at least partly melt the yarns present in the intermediate product to bond the yarns to the backing, wherein the part of the back surface that is pressed against the heated surface has a relative speed with respect to the heated surface, so as to provide a second intermediate product having a calendered back surface, providing a dimensionally stable carrier sheet or secondary backing, and connecting the second intermediate product to the carrier sheet by providing a hot melt adhesive between the calendered surface and the sheet, and pressing the sheet to the second intermediate product to form the textile product.
Pile fabric made with different fiber strands
A method of making a deep pile fabric that closely resembles natural sheepskin fleece, that includes forming a plurality of straight fiber strands and a plurality of looped fiber strands and simultaneously knitting the straight fiber strands and the looped fiber strands and the scrim together, wherein the straight fiber strands and the looped fiber strands are knit on the scrim in rows, wherein each row includes alternatingly knitting one of the straight fiber strands and one of the looped fiber strands to the scrim.
ARTIFICIAL TURF
Provided is an artificial turf, including a base cloth, artificial turf yarns tufted on the base cloth, and a bonding layer applied on the base cloth. The bonding layer is provided with water permeable holes formed by blowing air onto the base cloth through an air blowing device. The artificial turf has excellent water permeability. Moreover, there is no need to pierce an adhesive side of the base cloth during production, thereby avoiding damage to the structure of the artificial turf by piercing. This effectively prevents the artificial turf yarns from loosening and falling off and prolongs the service life of the artificial turf.
