In order to reduce adhesive residue of an adhesive tape, an adhesive tape is provided, including a base material 10 having a base fabric 1 composed of warps and wefts, a first laminate layer 2 formed on a first surface 1A of the base fabric, and a second laminate layer 3 formed on a second surface 1B of the base fabric; and an adhesive layer 6 formed as an outermost layer on the side of the base material 10 on which the first laminate layer 2 is formed, wherein an unevenness 2B formed due to the warps and the wefts is formed on a surface of the first laminate layer opposite to the base fabric.
Biosynthetic implant for soft tissue repair
An implant and a process for preparing such an implant are disclosed. The implant includes a porous layer including collagen, a non-porous layer including a collagenic constituent, and a reinforcement component. The non-porous layer is joined to the porous layer and the reinforcement member is embedded into the non-porous layer. The porous layer has a three dimensional density ranging from about 20 mg collagen/cm.sup.3 to about 200 mg collagen/cm.sup.3.
Coated scrim reinforced roofing membrane
A scrim reinforced roofing membrane comprising a coated scrim layer having a first side and a second side and a first polyvinyl chloride layer on the first side of the coated scrim layer. The coated scrim layer contains a scrim fabric which contains a plurality of warp yarns in a first direction and a plurality of weft yarns in a second direction approximately perpendicular to the first direction. The warp yarns cross the weft yarns at crossing points. The scrim fabric has a polyvinyl acetate coating which is located along the length of the warp yarns and the weft yarns and between the warp and weft yarns at the crossing points. The coated scrim is at least partially embedded in the first polyvinyl chloride layer.
Coated scrim reinforced thermoplastic olefin roofing membrane
A scrim reinforced roofing membrane comprising a coated scrim layer having a first side and a second side and a first TPO layer on the first side of the coated scrim layer. The coated scrim is at least partially embedded in the first TPO layer.
Breathable Fire Resistant Fabrics
Lightweight, flexible protective fabrics for protecting a person, animal or other object from hot burning materials, hot high heat capacity and/or hot corrosive materials, such as hot molten metal, hot oily liquids (e.g., heating oil), hot gels, hot solids, hot sparks, and hot acids. The lightweight protective fabrics can be used to protect a person, animal or other object from hot molten metals, such as liquid metal zinc heated to a temperature of about 950 F. (510 C.) or greater, hot molten aluminum heated to a temperature of about 1150 F. (620 C.) or greater, burning phosphorus at temperature of about 1550 F. (843 C.) or greater, hot solid iron having a temperature of about 500 F. (260 C.) or greater, hot heating oil having a temperature of about 500 F. (260 C.) or greater, and hot hydrochloric acid having a temperature of about 300 F. (150 C.) or greater.
NON-WOVEN, SELF-WRAPPING THERMAL SLEEVE AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
A self-wrapping, non-woven sleeve for routing and protecting elongate members and method of construction thereof is provided. The sleeve includes an elongate non-woven wall having opposite sides extending along a longitudinal axis of the sleeve. The sides are self-wrapping about the longitudinal axis to provide a tubular cavity. The sides are extendable away from one another under an externally applied force to expose the cavity for insertion of the elongate members, wherein the sides return to their self-wrapped configuration upon removal of the externally applied force. The wall includes discrete first regions of a material and discrete second regions of a material. The first and second regions of material are different and provide the wall with non-uniform physical properties.
